It contains two naturally derived ingredients Lactium and Ziziphus combined with Magnesium to relieve symptoms of stress. Contains Ziziphus which is traditionally* used in Chinese medicine to help reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, and relieve sleeplessness and a restless sleep. It also supports muscle relaxation and relieves muscle cramps when dietary intake of Magnesium is inadequate. Australian Made® and rigorously tested to ensure quality, potency, and purity, Nature's Own Complete Sleep + Magnesium Tablets contain no added gluten, artificial, flavours, artificial sweeteners or artificial preservatives. Adults, take 2 tablets 30 minutes before going to bed. Or as recommended by your healthcare professional. Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
