DermaVeen Face Gentle Exfoliating Scrub is a gentle scrub for sensitive and dry skin. Microbead free using natural, gentle rice powder to exfoliate & reveal healthy looking skin. Gently removes makeup, oil, and excess impurities, without disrupting the protective skin barrier.

Enriched with extra luscious ingredients to leave skin feeling soft and smooth:
- Hyaluronic Acid: for added skin hydration

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quite Good [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found the consistency of the scrub a more desirable feeling on my skin as it had a lower viscosity than the cleanser which I found a bit too milky and sometimes with coagulated bits in it presumably from the previous use and partially dried and stuck in the pump nozzle. I usually prefer a squeaky-clean feel after cleansing, however with these products leaving a moisturised hydrating feel after rinsing, this did not affect the cleanliness and feel to my skin, and I was still happy with the results. I would recommend the scrub to friends that have sensitive skin that prefer no fragrance. The scrub is gentle enough it can be used daily and removes makeup and impurities.

The scrub is microbead free and also removed any makeup and excess oils on my skin. The hyaluronic acid helped keep my skin feeling moisturized throughout the day and I found my skin had a smoothed and healthy appearance.

This scrub is formulated to slough off dead skin cells and leave the skin feeling smooth and refreshed. It spreads easily, and a little goes a long way. I found that using it daily, etc.] provided the best results without causing irritation. It did a great job of unclogging pores and removing dry patches.

It can be very taxing for my dry/combination skin. As I am ageing, the skin is drier and much more sensitive to too much stimulants, but because I enlarged pores, I'll still need to use a scrub. This scrub was good enough to give my face a good scrub from all the daily buildup of oil and impurities, without feeling too strip and dry after the wash. It is so light, I could almost use it daily and have my face properly cleansed and still feels hydrated. Because I could get rid of the buildup abit more often, my skin tend to looks brighter more often too.

The scrub is a slightly grainy texture with particles that to me feels like a proper exfoliating scrub. I found it was able to properly scrub away dry skin and help cleanse pores. The formula is also fragrance free so bonus. My skin is left feeling glowy without it being too tight or dry afterwards. Think this is a product that truly works as a gentle scrub and is probably a good addition to the skin care routine if you are using a gentle cleanser and need something more exfoliating every now and then.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who's skin has become more sensitive as they've gotten older, being a woman with rosacea flushes has meant I've tended to gravitate towards sensitive skin category products, vs the "normal skin" types I used in my 20s. This was the attraction in trying DermaVeen Face Gentle Exfoliating Scrub - A light scrub with actual coconut bits vs microbeads to scrub out skin dirt and grime. Added Hylalonic Acud for moisturising power (alongside the same in my cleanser and serum), meant I had a smooth, even-textured complexion following a few week's use. Following guidance from a beautician on dermabrasion avoidance years ago, I didn't use this daily but instead used in 3 days a week to keep skin clean and clear. I liked the lightness of the cream, but would have like this to feel more "scrubby" - The exfoliating bits were limited in the mix, meaning it didn't feel as though it did as good a job as my usual scrub. A good scrub for super sensitive skin, but if you're more of a weekly exfoliator as part of an "everything routine" and enjoy a good scrub, this may not be for you. If you have sensitive skin or prefer a gentler scrub, this is def worth a try!
