I used to have a teaspoon of ACV with water but this is a much more efficient and tasty way to have 800mg of apple cider vinegar as well as being a source of fibre. I used to worry the other way of having apple cider vinegar might not be good for my teeth over time, (as in the acidity of ACV can weaken tooth enamel potentially), however this is something I don’t have to think about with these tasty gummies luckily!
