There is no strong flavour of apple cider, just a hint which is just right. So easy to take as a gummy instead of a liquid. I would definitely recommend these.

I don’t really like the taste of apple cider vinegar as it is too strong and wanted to try it in the gummy form. You can definitely taste the apple cider vinegar but the taste and smell is not very strong and the gummy is delicious. I can definitely see myself incorporating into my regular diet and can’t wait to see the results.

These gummies change the game , they are so easy to take and even though there is a slight taste of ACV it's not very strong and not unpleasant. No aftertaste in my mouth either.

A lot more convenient than taking vitamins in pill form because I didn't need a glass of water to wash it down. I actually felt it was like a little treat each morning because of the texture plus the flavour wasn't overpowering. Didn't notice too much difference to my general gut health but a pleasant experience overall.

THis is a good source of fibre which is easy to carry in my bag or just have it before I leave the house. It is a bit sour for my liking but I got used to it very quickly. I do believe it is a good source of fibre as I felt more regular and also lighter a few weeks into taking this product and I haven't changed my diet or anything.

Swisse Gummies must be chewed. They claim that the flavour is not too acidic - and they are absolutely right. No strong taste or smell. The gummies feel a little "plasticky" in your mouth but that is the only downside. This is easy to use fibre for those who need it.

From the outset, the benefit I'd receive wasn't super clear, but after some research I identified that many people drink diluted apple cider vinegar to maintain gut health and "stay regular" as a natural addition to their diet. I'd recently started meal tracking via a food diary and working to switch to more wholefoods (vs processed, hi-cal foods), so was keen to try the gummies. THE PROS: A simple, tasty way to bring apple cider into your diet, without the icky taste of the real thing. The combination of the supplement and my wholefood diet definitely improved my gut health over my first few weeks using it, improving bowel movements and regularity. THE CONS: The gummies are quite sticky on your teeth, so if you take these following your shower and teeth brushing in the morning, have a large glass of water nearby as you start your day to dissolve the residue from your teeth. More info on the health benefits of apple cider vinegar would be helpful to have on package, or on the product page. THE VERDICT: A great addition to your health and supplement routines if you're transitioning to a wholefood diet or interested in natural remedies to improve "gut health". I'll continue using this to see how this works in the longer-term. I received a sample product to trial and review.
