Which is shocking for me, especially in my first trimester. My last few pregnancies I suffered from being unable to make a bowel movement for up to a week and a half. Fun and easy to take. Just take it with my prenatals in the morning and I’m good to go.

Ingredients are really important to me and no artificial sweeteners is a big bonus! I definitely noticed the benefit of the additional fibre in my diet. A quick and easy way to improve overall wellbeing.

They have a vinegar smell but you can barely taste it over the yummy green apple flavour. Having these in a form of gummy make them exciting to take every morning. I feel as though they have kept me regular since starting them but I will continue to take them and see how I go.
