I also like this product because it supplies not only your probiotics, but also your prebiotics. Best of all, they do not need to be kept in the fridge which is great when you’re travelling as there is no excuse not to have your daily dose of all things good with no added sugar. The texture is soft, not too chewy; and flavour wise it is like a classic orange. I’d prefer a berry, but this isn’t a real issue. My dentist would rest easy knowing there aren’t any added sugars or artificial sweeteners. I appreciate how it can be stored anywhere so I can keep it in my bag to eat when I get to work, and not worry about keeping it in the fridge all day. These haven’t upset my stomach but I can’t say I’ve noticed an immediate improvement either- I suppose I haven’t with regular probiotic capsules too though. This can be a fun and convenient way of taking my supplements now

Initially I struggled with the texture and the taste. Although I am not a fan of orange flavoured things. Even though this pre and probiotic is fridge-less I did put them in the fridge to help harden them for my own liking. By no means is the taste offensive, it’s quite pleasant if you enjoy that particular flavour. Have I noticed a significant improvement or change? No, though I haven’t been using them long enough to give a thorough overview of the results. Swisse is a brand I trust and use regularly so I’ve no doubt the efficacy of this product is just as good as all the other supplements. A firm believer in using pre and probiotics it is paramount for gut health and general health overall. I will continue to use swisse supplements and now skincare!
