They taste good, however the texture is a little weird for a gummy. Being a diabetic I mostly appreciate the fact that there is no added sugars or artificial sweeteners. These have a lovely orange flavour and the size and texture of the chew makes them something you actually enjoy eating. The pack keeps them fresh and chewable without needing a fridge. Its definitely an easier way to consume prebiotics and probiotics. Would purchase again.

So, I have pretty vast knowledge of all kinds of probiotic and prebiotic products and know what to look for. The instructions on these Swisse gummies aren't very clear, whether to take this before or after breakfast etc. So, I have taken it as per my normal practice, which is to have it first thing in the morning or before breakfast. The gummies are a convenient option - they are fridge-free so I could take them with me even when I travel on holiday recently. I like the taste of the gummies, which makes them a great incentive to remember to take them daily. I have tried this in the past few weeks and have not experienced any constipation or feeling bloated.

I have been taking these for a few weeks now and to be honest I can't see any difference in my overall gut health. They are easy to take and chew. The taste is pleasant but I just feel like I'm eating a lolly every day. Personally these aren't for me, but good luck to anyone who needs to aid their gut health.

The product itself doesn’t really make any claims as to what it should do. Seems a little like paying a lot of money for a few tasty gummies. After taking them as recommended, there was no noticeable difference to my gut health so probably wouldn’t take again.
