As much as it was gentle, it worked very well and my skin felt so smooth after the first try and there wasn’t any irritation or redness afterwards and my skin felt clean and fresh. The scent was really nice and fresh and not overpowering at all, just nice and balanced.

It's super refreshing on your face, the beads in the wash are gentle, but rough enough to really give your face a good clean. There is a minty/witch-hazel scent to the scrub which smells really nice. My skin feels clean and soft after using. I was given this product for free to test - but I would pirchase again.

I used this face scrub it is gentle but very effective. Texture feels coarse but very gentle on skin. After washing I felt clean skin with no urge to apply moisturizer. It reduced the dry patches almost in first wash. I have been using pretty coarse scrubs in hope to get rid of flaky patches even applied oil on my but nothing worked.

There are lots of exfoliation beads and you can really feel it working during application. The glycolic acid hits the spot and reveals beautiful fresh renewed skin after the first use. There is minimal heat but you can feel the product working and it's a very luxurious blue colour. It also delivers a cooling effect on the face after washing off. I found it delivered on the removal of blackheads as it lifted them quite well not to mention leaving my skin very smooth. The packaging is simple and and sturdy and the labeling is well presented and thought out. I have always trusted Neutrogena to deliver a great product and I would buy this and recommend it to my friends and family especially as a nice Christmas gift.

It left my skin feeling really clean but not scratched. The scrubbing beads were good in that they were not too rough. The only thing I struggled with a little is that the packaging doesn’t say how often to use it, so I’m not sure if it’s a daily scrub or a weekly scrub, or if you’re supposed to use it in combination with a cleanser or something else.
