[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried the Maybelline New York Superstay Teddy Tint, and I have to say, it’s like a little magic wand for my lips! 💄✨ The shade I received to review is “Skinnydip,” and it’s the perfect pinkish-brown that gives my lips a natural, “your lips but better” look. First off, the packaging is super sleek and the doe-foot applicator makes it so easy to apply. One swipe and my lips are covered in this beautiful, lightweight tint that feels so comfortable. It’s not just pretty; it’s practical too! I applied it in the morning, and even after a full day of eating and drinking, it stayed put with minimal touch-ups needed1. What I love most is how versatile it is. For a subtle, everyday look, one layer is perfect. But if I’m feeling a bit more glam, I can easily build it up for a bolder, more pigmented finish. Plus, it has this lovely matte finish that doesn’t dry out my lips, which is a huge win in my book!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who works in the makeup industry and has tried many lip products, the Maybelline SuperStay Teddy Tints are super unique. First of all, the packaging is so practical whilst being aesthetically pleasing. I love the puffer jacket look – it really portrays the plush-like feel of the product. The formula itself is lovely – a satin-matte that dries down comfortably without cracking, dehydrating or sitting in the creases of the lip; elements which are very common in a long-wearing lip product. I personally did not find the tint is not as long-wearing as other matte lip products I have tried, but with the soft, supply nature of the lip product, this is understandable. I would highly recommend it for those who find long-wear matte lipsticks a little too heavy as the formulation is super light. After a while of wear, it can get subtly tacky, although I like to pair it with a balm or a gloss after to prolong the wear. The formula. is also transfer-proof after it dries down and I loved the way it pairs and blends with lip liners and toppers. Overall, I would recommend the Teddy Tints for those looking for a comfortable, highly-pigmented satin-matte lip. These are definitely a winter staple of mine!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Teddy tint [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was Lucky enough to get to try 2 different shades of the Superstay teddy tint, And I have to say I’m quite impressed, it actually stays on all day with zero smudging or transfer onto things, And I didn’t find it to feel too dry or Tacky throughout the day , i didn’t even need too reapply at all. after the first 10 minutes it’s a little sticky but dried completely after that, I found I liked it applied thin and i smudged it out vs a thick application though they both looked lovely even after a full day wear, They both removed quite easily also, I just used my face wash and it came right off no scrubbing required, I would definitely recommend Superstay teddy tint

Product colour sent was not a shade that I would usual find suited my skin tones however the product itself was highly pigmented lip tint and the colour went on smoothly. The applicator was nice to use and assured the application of the product even. The product did leave a slightly tacky residue while waiting for it to completely dry and during this time it would smudge easily which did take about 6-8 minutes to dry. When building up the product this was easy to do however you did need to wait the time between laying for it to dry.

It is exceptionally easy to use, especially as someone who prefers lip balms to lipstick. It goes on wet and dries fairly quickly. You can very easily layer it (or not) so you can have a spot of colour, or colour that is more striking and built up. I found that, to my surprise, it actually stayed on for a large portion of the day. This was surprising to me because even the most stay-proof lipsticks I've tried don't do that. It definitely depended on what I was doing (eating, drinking etc) as to how long it stayed on, but the staying power was pretty intense. Another thing I really liked was the shape of the bottle - the curves make it feel more comfortable to hold when applying than more angular products. I loved using it every morning - it felt like a bit of a luxury. I would highly recommend this product, especially to people like myself who are generally a bit more lipstick-averse and prefer balms, because this one goes on like a balm. Once it dries, you can put lip balm over it to make it a bit shinier.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Superstay tint for day and night wear [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to try Maybelline's new Teddy Tint, being a big fan of neutral my-lips-but-better shades that I can wear casually, at work and on date nights. The colour skinny dip is a light brownish rose, and on application felt light in texture. It took a few minutes to dry down matte, and after that stayed on quite well throughout the day even with lots of drinks and food! I also loved it as a cute pick me up colour on my cheeks with only a few small dabs across the cheek, I can create a monotone pink look across my lips and eyes!

I didnt love the Keep it Cozy colour as it was a bit too brown for me and felt it really aged me. Skinny Pink was pretty though, a nice soft pale pink. I have dry lips and felt Teddy Tint exacerbated the dryness. I needed to wear a really moisturising lip balm underneath. I like the applicator and felt the package would help up well being tossed in a handbag and carried around all day for touch ups. My tween step daughter loved it and puckering and pouting her lips in the mirror each time she wore it.

They glide onto the lips with a lovely texture that has a moisturising quality. As someone who prefers lip balm to lipstick especially in the day, I loved using these to pop subtle colour on during the day, just one coat provides the perfect colour and lasts hours. This product is also great when built up providing a more prominent colour for a more glam evening look. Who doesn’t love a multi-purpose product, I loved using these as a blush, and the texture was reminiscent of a Charlotte tilbury lip and cheek tint. I really love the colour skinny dip and would recommend to anyone who is looking to add a colour to their lips who is weary of wearing a lipstick.

It's a soft mousse texture with a very light scent. The colour pay-off is buildable and is true to colour. A few comments have suggested the formula is a bit of the drier side, this is true however if you base and prep your lips with a balm, it can wear a bit more comfortably during the day. I wore this for a few hours and didn't need to top it off, but I did top up with lip balm. Packaging is a nice matte feel, true to it's colour pay-off with a nice soft applicator. A nice addition could have been a sharper tip for precision application, or a lip liner can also do the trick. Excited to try out the other colours!

Only a little of the product comes out when you pull the applicator out, but a little goes a long way! The Teddy Tint glides on very smoothly and glides onto the lips. I was very impressed with the colour pigment as it enhanced my natural lip colour. In saying this, I found the product quite tacky on the lips, and the sticky feeling didn't go away. I did find the colour did fade a little throughout the day and a touch up was required. This is a very easy to wear, simple, everyday lip tint, that doesn't break the bank and a lip tint I would consider buying again in the future!

The packaging is unique and lux looking for a drug store product. I was unsure what texture to expect when I opened it up but I was surprised by a lightweight almost moussy feeling product that is very user friendly. It’s buildable coverage makes it an ideal product for a light was of sheer colour or a more opaque coverage with a few swipes, either way the colour and feel is beautiful! This product lasts and wears quite well, I find wear time decreases a little with a gloss overtop but either way I am very happy with the results! The colour selection is beautiful and very wearable and seems to be the perfect colours for everyday wear. I love that Maybelline is stepping up with beautiful and unique new products with, fantastic new packaging and I look forward to many more new and exciting things moving forward from Maybelline! I have yet to try these in my cheeks as a tint but feeling how lightweight the formula is I assume there would be no issue with being easy to apply and blend out. I would be happy to recommend these beautiful tints to my clients and friends!

Overall, I liked the product and would definitely recommend it for someone who is looking for a buildable lip tint. I also like that it’s versatile and can be used as a blush. The packaging is beautiful, and I love the feel of the product packaging too. The applicator feels nice and soft on my lips. I’ve noticed others mentioning a tacky feeling, however I suffer from dry lips and always apply lip balm before any lip product, so I didn’t notice the tacky feeling. The colour definitely darkens once it dries. The tint was quite easy to remove (although this may be because I applied lip balm first) As far as drugstore makeup goes, I think this is a good product and would recommend this.

It's got this creamy smooth consistency and works wonderfully as a lipstick and cheek tint. The colour lasts for a few hours making it a perfect choice for my daily look. The colour is build able, so you can use it differently based on your preference. I did expect it to be a bit hydrating given the consistency but I didn't feel it was. Shade number 15 is my favourite as it compliments my undertone well! This has become an essential part of my handbag now.

I was pleasantly surprised by Teddy Tint, no flaking!! The colour lasted and there was no transfer when drinking etc I work in a job where I am talking all day and was amazed that the colour was still present after hours of talking and sipping on water. This was a big plus as I didn't have to constantly reapply throughout the day, the colour stayed looking fresh and there was no bleeding or transference to my teeth! As a busy working Mum it was wonderful to have a product I could pop on in the morning and not worry about. The colour was not my usual choice but I actually really liked it. I find tints are often very dry on my lips but this tint didn't leave my lips feeling dry or flaky at all. I would love to try some other shades. The packaging was really nice and the product was very easy to apply. It was a win for me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comfortable matte lip tint [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Maybelline New York Superstay Teddy Tint is one of the comfortable matte lip tint that I have tried so far. The packaging is gorgeous and the colour that I received is nude and perfect for my skin tint. As it is matte lip tint, I always try to moisturise my lip first, prior to putting the lip tint. The doe applicator is perfect to draw that sharp lip shape, and there is no weird smell. The colour last around 4 hours for me, and that is with drinking my coffee constantly and through lunch time. It can be a bit drying, however it is not as drying as other matte lipstick. All in all, if I want a matte lip tint that is comfortable, I would definitely grab Maybelline New York Super stay Teddy Tint.

I have been enjoying using the Maybelline New York Superstay Teddy Tint and am particularly impressed by its ability to stay put, not smudge and not fade throughout wear. The packaging is also very fun and a little bit different! The Maybelline New York Superstay Teddy Tint applies really smoothly and nicely. It looks nice on and stays looking that good through drinking, eating and talking for hours. Overall, impressed with this product and would recommend to others to try.

I am always skeptical but this one stands up to the name, I don't think I reapplied once. The packagaing is super cute and the applicator makes it really easy to apply and build depending on how strong you want the colour because the pigment is bold. It felt a little bit tacky at first but no more than other products however, unlike others, it quickly went away and despite lasting all day, my lips didn't feel dry. I would highly recommend this for others who like me, never remember to reapply because you can set and forget and trust it will still be there.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Super stay indeed!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super happy to get a chance to trial the wonderful Maybelline New York Superstay Teddy Tint! When I first received it I was already in love with what it looked like. It comes in a gorgeous casing that feels matte with an easy twist off lid that has an applicator attached to it. It is just super cute! Next was taking it for its first trial run and it has a very subtle yummy fragrance. When I first applied it to my lips they felt a little sensation on them but that went away for subsequent applications and it wasn’t unpleasant. It felt tacky initially but I trusted the process and it ended up drying to a matte finish. I must admit my lips felt a little dry and I tend to prefer a gloss finish but this was still a beautiful colour and looked great! So yes - the colour! It’s stunning. It really defines your lips and makes them boldly natural! It’s not in your face but it’s still a wow factor. Love love love! Super stay! Wow! It really is super. I wore it for a long dinner and drinks and it looked exactly the same at the end of the night as it did the start. Mind blowing. I love not having to worry about re-applying and the dreaded fade throughout dinner. Removal - ok, this was challenging as it’s adamant on staying on my lips! Cleanser didn’t do so I had to use a face cloth to rub it off. This is probably the one thing I don’t enjoy about the process as when you wet it it gets tacky again. But the towel helped a lot. This is the main reason why I wouldn’t wear it daily and just on occasions where I don’t want to think or worry about reapplying. Overall, very impressed with this tint & colour and it’ll certainly be one I return to.

I will often wear it on my cheeks to mix it up as well as my lips, as it offers a gorgeous colour that works well in this regard. The colour range is beautiful and while I normally prefer a glossy finish, the matte finish on this is still beautiful, and I’ll often just add a clear gloss on top to get my ideal finish. The packaging is attractive and fancy so carrying it around with me to events and whipping it out makes me feel lush and expensive. Though, this tint is very long lasting so i don’t ever really need to top up unless I’m wanting to freshen up later in the day. I would definately recommend this tint to anyone who is after a natural, beautiful finish.

I received two shades ‘Skinnydip’ and ‘Keep it cosy’ both creamy and light in texture, easy to apply with the slanted soft tip wand the colours are both what I would usually buy which are more brown and cherry coloured tones. The scent is sweet and light, I found one swipe for the blurred look dried and looked the best on my lips. It goes on creamy and light and drys matte. Every time I’ve tried to apply more then one coat for a more full and bolder look the lip tint transfer and rubs off, I’m not sure if it doesn’t dry or why it does that. The one layered blurred looked lasted me the day and for a beautiful coloured lip tint good for everyday wear I would recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m loving lip tints/stains at the moment so I was so excited to try out the Maybelline New York Superstay Teddy Tint and it didn’t disappoint. I got so many compliments wearing this! There were days when I wore it light and days were I built it up to a statement lip and I was really happy that the formula is buildable and comfortable - a huge plus as my lips tend to be on the drier side and I found this formula didn’t dry out my lips as some others have. It faded a little towards the end of the day but nothing major and the colour was still clearly visible. The shades are stunning and very wearable. I will be definitely be purchasing this in more shades.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Long Lasting & Great Colour Payoff [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Maybelline New York Super Stay Teddy Tint is the latest in the lineup for lips. There are 10 shades in the line up, that is buildable and blendable, and can be used in multiple ways from sheer, blurred, bold and on the cheeks. The lip tint comes in a cute rectangular prism container that is easy to hold and use, with a twist top lid with a doe foot applicator. The tube and lid is in the colour of the lip tint, making it easy to identify the colour. The lip tint has an easy to apply smooth texture, to be applied to dry lips so that it dries well and leaves a nice lightweight and comfortable feel. One swipe of the shade "Skinny Dip" gives my lips a nice everyday my lips but better colour payoff and has a nice texture, with the benefits of being transfer proof, smudge free, and waterproof. I love that the lip tint is buildable and blendable, making it a super versatile product. I can wear the lip tint in the day and add another layer at night for something more pigmented, only needing to carry around the one product. For me, the shade "Keep is Cozy" works for evenings, though is not my go-to. Loving the long lasting formula, so I don't have to worry about the constant touch up, but the lip tint does make my lips feel somewhat dry so I do apply some lip balm or gloss throughout the day. I love the shade "Skinny Dip" and the versatility of the Super Stay Teddy Tint, as well as its buildability and blendability.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A bit drying - but lovely colour pay off [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was gifted to shades of the Teddy Tint to try out and was excited to do so. I really love that you can create the intensity of your desired lip colour, be it a soft swipe, or building up the layers. For me,I really enjoyed a light wash of colour to create a my-lips-but-better colour. I found that the colour lasted all day, and didn't create major cracking, nor any patchy wear off over time. That being said, I'd be interested to see if this is still the case with richer colours and high pigment pay off with many layers to see if it wears as well. I will say though as a bit of a downside, the product is a bit drying, but nothing a bit of gloss or balm on top couldn't fix. A great price point, easy go to for the handbag.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Super long lasting tinted lips [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new Maybelline New York superstay Teddy Tint is a lip tint that literally lasts. I have been using the shade “Keep it Cozy” as it gives a nice darker brown nude tone which is perfect for everyday wear. The colour comes out dark at first and as it dries becomes more lighter. The formula is fast drying on the lips and it’s give an overall matte look which I prefer. I will say that it does stay on very long time even after drinking and eating so it’s a lasting formula. The packaging is super cute I love the matte bottle look and the see through shade which is lovely. Overall a great lip tint that stays in place all day long!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Simple, easy, looks great and lasts! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not traditionally a lover of wearing lipstick, I just never mastered using them. I’m a simple makeup girl. But the Maybelline Super Stay Teddy Tint, is just as easy as using lip gloss with the doe foot applicator but with the added benefit of it lasting and looking great for ages! The applicator is perfect for me, super simple and easy to apply accurately. It glides on smoothly and then once it dries, it’ll last all day. No lippy stains on drink glasses! I love the two tints and the matte finish! They give you such a beautiful subtle look that can be built on. The darker tint is perfect for just that little extra pop but without it being too much! I did find this lip tint gave me that sticky feeling whenever I opened my lips, however it was only mild and wouldn’t deter me from buying and recommending to friends.

The brush is super soft and the texture is creamy enough to spread evenly across your lips. The colour lasted all night and didn’t flake off like other matte lipsticks that I’ve had in the past. Highly recommend this lip tint for a long night out. I barely needed to top it up and when I did my lips still felt moisturised. The colour is also very similar to Velvet teddy, which is one of my all time classic go-to lip colours. The whole range is also reasonably priced too, unlike some competitor products on the market.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Teddy Tints Review Crew [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was lucky enough to receive two shades of these tints as part of the Review Crew to test and review. I love lip products but am terrible at remembering to actually use them, but I'm happy I made sure to remember to use one of these in some capacity each day I wore makeup for a bit over a week. It's an interesting product, called a tint, that can be used for a gradient, blur, or full coverage bold lip and on cheeks. Starting with the presentation/component, I love it. It's a nice take on a standard liquid lip product, with an almost velvet-touch plastic - doesn't sound luxurious when described that way but I like how it looks and it feels substantial in the hand without feeling heavy or too large. The shades I received were Skinnydip (an interesting shade that's like a medium dusty rose with a touch of neutral-toned terracotta in it, not quite nude, not quite pink) and Keep it Cosy (a neutral, medium-brown kind of shade). I have a very cool-toned complexion and things that are warm make me look very washed out, but both came up neutral on me and I really liked both. Application is nice and easy, with the product consistency being almost that of a mousse, and it glides on to the lips really nicely, and is very buildable and blends really well if used as a blotted lip or on the cheeks. The wear and longevity is really good for the most part (unless only a little has been applied as a tint, which did not fare too well against a big brunch), with no bleeding (assumedly thanks to the formula/consistency), and once it's dried down a bit, lips still feel hydrated and I didn't get the dreaded feeling of absolutely parched lips I remember from my heavy matte liquid lip days. There is some tackiness to the product, just where the lips meet, which is where it wears throughout the day, but it still feels comfortable overall and can be touched up easily. On the cheeks, it blends out nicely without any tackiness, but you definitely notice how much more you need compared to a liquid blush.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from lightweight with buildable colour [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Maybelline New York Superstay Teddy Tint has been a great addition to my makeup routine, and I love both shades "Skinny dip" and "Keep me cozy". There is a light fragrance to the product that I really like. The formula is mousse-like and dries matte but is not too drying. It takes about 10-15 minutes to fully set, but once it does, it’s incredibly transfer-proof—I’ve worn it through meals and drinks without any issues. I appreciate the larger doe foot applicator, which makes it easy to apply evenly. The formula does feel slightly sticky before it sets. Overall, I’m happy with this purchase and love how long-lasting the formula is.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Matte lip tint [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The packaging of this lip tint is so cute and the applicator makes it easy to apply on my lips. I received two shades to trial 'skinny dip' and 'Keep it cosy'. At first I thought they are a bit too dark but I actually liked both shades once applied. It glides on my lips and at first it's a bit sticky, but once it dries, it's a matte finish. I wore it for 8hrs and at the end of the day, the tint was still visible on my lips but not as much as when I applied it in the morning. It didn't smudge throughout the day and it's long lasting and I didn't have to reapply. At the end of the day it was easy to remove with micellar water.
