Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good moisturiser, mixed feeling on scent [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried Palmer’s Brazilian Coco Cream, and overall, it’s a great moisturiser with a few quirks. What I loved most was how easily it absorbed into my skin. It felt deeply moisturising without leaving any greasy residue. My skin felt noticeably softer and smoother after using it. The scent was a bit of a mixed experience. While it settled into a lovely subtle coconut fragrance, there was a brief moment after application where the scent turned quite medicinal, which wasn’t particularly pleasant. Thankfully, this faded quickly, leaving behind the soft coconut scent. As for the firming claims, I didn’t notice any visible changes, but to be honest, I don’t believe any moisturiser could achieve that for me. However, its hydrating effects were excellent, making it a worthwhile addition to my routine.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lightweight and creamy [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed how smooth the texture of this cream was, the whipped airy feeling made it easy to apply. The smell of the cocoa butter is nice and yummy and not overpowering and there is a slight shimmer to the cream which is noticeable in the sun. I really liked the fact it comes in a jar rather than a pump bottle as it makes the product a lot easier to access and apply. I felt this made my skin feel super hydrated, I do feel it was best applied at night after my shower before bed as this left my feeling super hydrated for the next day. I am though, a little disappointed as I didn’t experience the firming claims of this product. I would recommend and buy this product again but not for its firming qualities.

The whipped cream was smooth and moisturizing and the application on the skin was simple and easy. The only thing I disliked was the glitter particles that it left on my skin which made it feel like the cream was more suitable for a day out rather than an overnight moisturizer.

I think using it twice a day is overkill, but once a day gets you moisturised skin. I also really liked that it was in a tub - thick products like this struggle when in pump bottles, and the tub format makes this very easy to use. I don't love the scent - the coconut and cocoa butter is pleasant, but there's something artificial in the scent that makes it unpleasant and it lingers a bit. It's not bad enough to stop me using it, but bad enough to make me not want to repurchase. As for the firming qualities - I don't think I noticed any major differences. That could be a result of two weeks use. I'd happily use this up if I got it as a gift or if it came in a different scent.

As a long-time admirer of Palmer's Coco range since my high school days in the 2010s, I was excited to participate in this trial and experience this product. The packaging is sturdy, ensuring no crushing or leaks, and it screws on securely, so you won’t have to worry about it spilling in your bathroom cabinet. The scent is absolutely delightful, perfectly capturing the essence of Palmer's Coco range. The texture is wonderfully soft and offers excellent hydration, particularly for areas like elbows, knees, and ankles. I found it especially useful before tanning, as it helps soften those spots and prevents dark patches. While it’s a fantastic cream overall, I have yet to see the firming benefits it claims to provide. Therefore, I wouldn’t recommend it solely for that purpose.

The scent is a soft beautiful coconut and it spreads like a cloud onto the skin without feeling greasy . My only dislike is the jar that it comes in . It has an awkward large shape and looks and feels rather economy. Products nowadays are generally more pretty in their containers .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon receiving Palmers Brazilian Coco Cream, I was delighted at the creamy tropical scent I got as I opened the lid. Upon applying it, I did feel that when immediately applied to the skin the scent felt a little too synthetic however the dry down proved to be much more pleasant and the shimmer it left behind certainly didn't hurt! I applied it all over my arms and legs and while I wasn't able to notice a tightening effect in the first 2 weeks, the moisture, sheen and glow this product gave my skin is enough to make me continue using it - and hopefully see some of the tightening benefits! Overall, I am quite satisfied with this product and will continue to use it in the future!

It has a cream's deep moisturizing properties, its firming effect, and it improves skin elasticity over time. It has coco butter as a natural ingredients, which has got no side effects, and a soothing scent. Due to its mild fragrance it has become my new skincare routine also I can see its visible effect. I am definitely going to continue using it.

There is a shimmer which isn't stated anywhere but that's okay. I noticed it smelt a little chemically, or maybe it was one of the other ingredients. My skin feels super hydrated and moisturized but I don't feel like my skin is tightened. Yes, I would buy this again. Good amount in the tub and you don't need to use a lot.

Upon opening the product I was greeted with a lovely smell ! Application is easy, just apply like a regular moisturiser, it dries nicely and doesnt leave a greasy feeling afterward. This has definatly left my skin feeling refreshed and soft ! The only thing I disliked about this product is that it has very fine glitter-like particles that stay on the skin after use.

Texture is light and airy but not so whipped that you feel you're getting poor value for money. Light shimmer to the cream and absorbs in well. If your skin tends sensitive to products like coconut oil, make sure you patch test first. May not be for everyone, if you have minimal reaction to ingredients like this you will love this cream!

The colour scheme of the container reminds me of Nutella, which gives off a happy and sweet vibe. The scent of the product is a bit strong and artificial when you smell it from the container, but once applied to skin, the artificial smell disappears and the natural coconut scent lingers on for hours. The long lasting fragrance is one of my favourite things about this product. The consistency of the cream is thinner than I thought, which I love because it means it’s easy to apply and absorbs quickly. Despite being lightweight, the product is very moisturising. I noticed the dry flakes on my legs disappeared after three days of consistent application .A unique thing about this product is that it contains micro glitters which show up subtlety on the skin. I like how they make my skin look smooth and slightly shimmering, but I don’t like the fact that they easily transfer onto my face.

It is not too thick, sinks in very fast and does not leave any sticky residue. Their is a slight shimmer, but it is not chunky glitter. My only critique is the scent; i would have preferred a sweeter, more vanilla coconut scent. This smells like straight coconut milk, so no sweetness at all. I would have to use it for a longer period of time to see if makes any difference with the firmness of my skin. But overall a great body moisturiser!

As it's "whipped" it's quite light compared to a body butter or full moisturiser, it felt more like a lotion. The scent isn't too strong and not too coconut-y. I haven't particularly noticed a firming effect beyond what I get with any good quality moisturiser despite regular use.

Whilst I found it super hydrating I hated the smell which deterred me from wanting to put this on ( however continued to test the product) I saw a slight improvement in my skin texture but very minimal. I think if the scent improved I would try again.

The scent is delicious, not too intense and the cream is not too thick so it's easy to rub into the skin. My skin feels quite soft and supple but I don't have 8 weeks to test the claims of tighter skin so I cannot attest to this just yet. I would repurchase this only on the basis Palmers remover the mica as I really don't like the shimmer powder and reflecting under all light sources.
