General Information

Skin Control’s Hydrating Lip Mask leaves lips looking like they’ve bitten into fresh fruit: hydrated, plump and juicy. Blending Hyaluronic Acid, Collagen, Strawberry and Watermelon extract, this mask quenches parched lips to restore smoothness and moisture.

Warnings

For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Single use only. If irritation occurs, remove mask, wash skin with gentle cleanser and discontinue use. Seek medical advice as merited.

Ingredients

Aqua, Propylene Glycol, Glycerin, Carrageenan,1,2-Hexanediol, Glucomannan, Hydroxyacetophenone, Mica, Ci 77891, Allantoin, Potassium Chloride, Sodium Hyaluronate, Panthenol, Methylcellulose, Caprylyl Glycol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Peg-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Ci 73360, Butylene Glycol, Parfum, Vaccinium Macrocarpon Fruit Extract, Citrullus Lanatus Fruit Extract, Vaccinium Myrtillus Fruit Extract, Pentylene Glycol, Tin Oxide, Fragaria Vesca Fruit Extract, Potassium Sorbate, Phenoxyethanol, Sodium Benzoate, Collagen, Citrulline, Beta-Glucan, Sorbic Acid, Citric Acid.

Directions

1. Cleanse and dry your lips. 2. Gently take a lip mask from the sachet and press it over lips and surrounding skin. Ensure the mask sits smoothly against lips and skin. 3. Leave on for 15 to 20 minutes. 4. To remove, gently peel the mask off lips. Rub in any remaining product into lips and skin.

I don't think it made my lips look any plumper and the hydration only lasted 5 minutes. But I liked it none the less. I have sensitive skin and I didn't react to it, which was reassuring.

I think all lip masks like this are more of a gimmick than an actual product! It made the skin around my lips tingle and were irritated and it wouldn’t stay on just kept falling off. Would not recommend and would not purchase myself!

Used it once and unfortunately was not interested in trying again. Firstly hard to open packet, when open there seems to be more product inside the package then on lip mask itself. The tingling was stronger than a normal lip plumper and I didn’t love it. My lips definitely looked more hydrated and appeared plumper straight after use however didn’t last long and returned to normal state within 1hr.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lip masks for giants [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to love these - having trouble with dry lips especially as we are coming in to spring. The masks themselves are huge - they touch the bottom of my nose and go all the way to my chin. They're very wet and slippery, so if you don't lay perfectly still they'll shift. They don't take to the shape of your lips, so they don't work on anything except the external edges. And they left an utterly awful taste on my lips - I had to use a lip scrub three times to clear it which seems to defeat the purpose.
