General Information

Directions

For optimal results, apply 1 pump to skin at night after cleansing, avoiding the eyes and lips. Limit use to 2-3 nights a week initially and gradually increase frequency as tolerated or advised by a skin professional. Follow with a moisturiser. Some redness and dryness may be felt during initial use. If side-effects persist, discontinue use. For night-time use only.

I would say, I just really like this, as it really works on my combination skin type. The serum is yellowish in colour, and that goes smoothly onto my skin. It makes my skin smoother n softer. If you are really looking for hydrated skin. Then, this product is for you. The product claims that it will work on wrinkles and fine lines as well, but honestly, I didn't feel that much. But for sure, it helps in uneven skin tone and gives the right amount of hydration in just one pump!

I use it after covering my face with moisturiser, letting it dry and then putting retinol on, a pea sized on my finger and then spreading it over my face. Then i let it sit for 30 minutes before I cover my face with moisturiser again. The retinol itself isn’t thick nor too runny and I did feel like my skin tone was a bit more even the next day. I don’t really have a big fine line problem but mainly with old pimple remnants. It didn’t disappear right off the bat but after 2 weeks it did fade a little. I don’t use retinol every night and i always use sunscreen the day after. I would definitely add this to my routine.

The fragrance is really natural and pretty and was a delight to apply I went straight in and used the retinol every day and had no adverse effects at all. While I saw a good amount of improvement to fine lines and overall tone of my skin, I unfortunately only saw a minimal amount of reduction is pigmentation on my skin. The product smells fantastic, feel nice and moisturising and refreshing on my face but due to the dark opaque bottle, it’s impossible to see or predict when the product will run out. The packaging is otherwise pretty basic and functional. Overall the product was lightweight and easy to use, non-fuss and simple to apply. A little went a long way.

After a couple of uses, I felt that it was improving my uneven skin texture and was super moisturising. After using the serum at night, the next day I felt that my make up, especially my foundation, would glide on smoother. I've used the serum for just over a week and think with more consistent use it may help with the look of fine lines. I had no issues using the serum daily at night and felt that the serum was quite calming for my skin. I have used retinol products before so my skin in quite accustomed to retinol. The texture of the serum is more on the thicker side (not runny) and absorbs into the skin easily. It does have a slight fragrance which is fine for me, and comes in an easy pump bottle. All in all, a good retinol with additional ingredients with skin benefits.
