Bottles were numbered 1, 2 and 3, which helps with quick identification when first using them. Colour scheme was also beautiful and gives a luxe feel. Instructions were clear and standard. Conditioner was to be left in for 2-3mins, serum applied and left on damp hair. After using it for a week, hair that was initially frizzy, dry and rough, felt easier to manage. Hair looked neater when tied up in a pony tail.

The shampoo and conditioner is in a squeeze bottle like their other products. The shampoo smells nice and lathers nicely. After washing my hair, it is soft and hydrated. I added conditioner from mid to tip and washed. After towel drying. I applied the leave in conditioner and the next day my hair looked so healthy and shiny! Can't wait to see what happens after I finish the whole product!

I love the pump bottle, it means no mess and the black and gold is classy. It lathers well and smells lovely and I would recommend using the matching conditioner for best results. I have very thick hair that I like to style straight and sleek and this shampoo helps with that, it smooths and leaves an amazing shine when styled. I get compliments on my hair when I use this shampoo. It’s good value and lasts for ages, a great bargain that gives great results. Love it

It does leave your hair feeling slightly dry immediately after use which is why I wouldn’t use the shampoo without the conditioner. As someone with dyed hair I did find it also stripped a bit of the colour but nothing too major.

You don't need a lot and from the 2nd/3rd wash you really start feeling a difference. My hair is wavy and always frizzy and the ends always feel very dry and overall quite crunchy - so the softness is a marked difference I've not noticed so markedly before with other products. I don't feel like it weighs my hair down but I did notice that my hair is flatter than usual and bit more limp. From the moment you put it in your wet hair, your hair feels SO soft and silky, like the feeling where you're not sure if you've managed to wash all the conditioner out because it's so silky. For the first few day my hair has considerably less frizz (and more defined curls if I don't blow-dry it dry). I've tried multiple other brands and not found something with as marked an effect. The more I've used it, the better my results have gotten. Has a mild apple sort of smell. Really impressed and would recommend giving it a try.

All 3 products smell amazing! The shampoo suds up nicely and can feel how good the conditioner works after its soaked in for the recommended 2-3 minutes. The leave in conditioner makes my hair feel amazing and less frizzy when it's dried naturally or heat styled.

The shampoo itself had a luminosity to it and left my hair and scalp feeling clean but not stripped of natural oils. I was able to distribute the conditioner through my hair easily, and I found the conditioner as good as the TRESemmé conditioner I’d used previously. The leave-in serum gave my hair a natural looking shine. I found the 2-4 pumps of product mentioned in the directions wasn’t enough to distribute through my shoulder-length hair, though, and used about 8 pumps. The product packaging is also very attractive. I felt I wanted to keep the bottles on display rather than put them away after use!

We all know shampoo goes first, but having the No1 on the label in sequence with the others in the range looks professional. I really enjoyed the texture and fragrance of the shampoo. It wasn't too liquid and soaped up beautifully without leaving my hair feeling stripped and dry. I would have liked just a touch more of the fragrance though.

After using for over a week, daily, my hair did look a little bit shinier. The difference was subtle though. Either way, the shampoo felt lovely and didn't try my hair out.
