[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have long hair which matts easily and I was about ready to cut it all off as the knots were frustrating me to no end. Thankfully tried this range of hair care first as my hair is so much healthier and the matts are gone! My hair has a healthy shine to it and is much easier to manage. I haven't had a hair cut in over two years but I don't think it's that obvious as the conditioner has smoothed my tatty ends. I've never really gone out of my way to buy a particular shampoo and conditioner but I'll be keeping an eye out for this one I think.

I used this only on the mid lengths to ends of my hair and left this for about 3 minutes. My hair feels pretty nice on the ends, but I am not sure that this is my favourite conditioner, but very good for a product you can easily grab at the supermarket.

It feels nice and smells good. You don't need a lot to cover your hair (and I have a LOT of hair). Only negative would be that I prefer a stronger, fruitier smell.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very soft hair [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have curly hair, so I was curious a d a bit sceptical trying this 'Lamellar Shine' TRESemme collection, because I don't normally blow dry my hair, unless I have an event or it's too cold. I noticed that while shampooing, my hair felt very soft straight away, particularly near the roots. And that conditioning feel stayed after rinsing it. Following with conditioner, my hair got extra smooth. Soooo smooth that I noticed my curls were not as curly anymore, even before rinsing it. It definitely made my hair softer. I am not sure about shining or 'Salon' effect though, as I did not blow dry. I also noted my curls were more on the "loose" side and lot very well formed. Which it's the exact effect if you want to blow dry your hair. I can definitely imagine how easier it would be for me to straighten my hair after 'Lamellar Shine' ceramide complex. But if you plan on keeping your curls well defined, it may not be the best option for you.
