General Information

Skin Control's Glass Skin Facial Mask reveals a dreamily dewy complexion. This white hydrogel mask fuses with your skin, gradually transforming into a clear film with a comfortable second-skin finish. It creates an ultra-moisturising shield to lock in the Hyaluronic Acid, Niacinamide and Adenosine serum blend. After wearing it for three hours or overnight, your skin appears luminous and hydrated with that coveted glassy look!

Warnings

For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Single use only. If irritation occurs, remove mask, wash skin with gentle cleanser and discontinue use. Seek medical attention as merited. Do not store mask where it is exposed to direct sunlight.

Deeply hydrating for dewy, soft & radiant skin.

Ingredients

Water, Glycerin, Acrylates Copolymer, Niacinamide, Xanthan Gum, 1,2-Hexanediol, Dipropylene Glycol, Carrageenan, Ceratonia Siliqua (Carob) Gum, Hydroxyacetophenone, Allantoin, Sodium Polyacrylate, Cellulose Gum, Potassium Chloride, Sucrose, Betaine, Gellan Gum, Adenosine, Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate, Caprylyl Glycol, Calcium Lactate, Ethylhexylglycerin, Sodium Hyaluronate(100ppm), Disodium EDTA, Rosa Damascena Flower Water, Bifida Ferment Lysate, Butylene Glycol, Tocopherol, Cucumis Melo (Melon) Fruit Extract.

Directions

1. Use mask after washing your face.
2. Peel off clear film and smooth mask onto skin.
3. Leave on for a minimum of three hours, or overnight for maximum results. The mask transforms from white to clear as it works.
4. If using overnight, apply 45 minutes before bed to allow mask to fully adhere.
5. Gently peel mask off and continue with skincare routine.

I was sceptical at first about being able to wear a face mask for 3 hours as they don't usually feel great on the skin and it can feel awkward doing anything with a mask on. This mask however was far superior to other masks I have used for a number of reasons which made it easy to use. The texture of the mask feels like a second skin and it sticks really nicely to the skin so I can go about doing things without it feeling strange. It was actually quite relaxing. I also loved that it came in two parts, as it made putting the mask on correctly so much easier. The eye and mouth holes are also the right size, unlike other masks which I find are often too small in those areas. After removing the mask I was very happy with the results. My dry skin was super hydrated and there was a noticeable glow to my skin.

I did find if you have nails you may accidentally pierce or break the mask. I’m currently in my early days of postpartum, Using this mask has brought so much softness hydration and made my skin more radiant. The only downside to the mask is leaving it on for three hours, During the day, it’s a little bit difficult being a breastfeeding mum, And during the night, I did find myself having to wake up a few times to ensure it was on my face. Overall a really nice facemask but definitely need something that shouldn’t last more than 20 to 30 minutes. Such a beautiful mask unfortunately was unable to take a photo of the mask going clear but highly recommended to anyone who wants to try a hydrating mask.

The mask was silky smooth and jelly like to put on, I waited for 45mins before lying down to let the mask set. I felt it stick more and fell asleep. I have a baby so I was hoping it would last 3+ hours before having to get up which luckily it did. Just over 3.5 hours the mask was slightly turning clear, I decided to take it off because my wispy hairs were getting stuck in the mask and I wasn’t entirely comfortable sleeping with it on. Taking it off my face didn’t feel overwhelmingly wet which some masks do, which was great and my skin felt slightly more plump and firm. I like the effects of this mask but would like the effects to work in an hour rather than 3+.

I've tried many other sheet masks, and they all tend to slowly migrate down my face. This mask sticks completely to your face and doesn't move, making it easy to do things whilst wearing it. I was a bit worried about wearing it overnight because I toss and turn a lot, so I put it on during a day where I didn't need to leave the house. My skin felt quite hydrated after taking it off, and it was fascinating to see the mask turn from white to clear as the serum sunk into my skin.

This mask was good and delivered on the hydration.my skin felt so plump the morning after. However when I opened the package the mask was already apart from its cover piece and had two holes in it due to the sharp plastic cover piece piercing it. Otherwise great mask. Also in the beginning it dragged a bit around the lower half of the face so had to adjust a few times. Also not sure about using overnight, I'm a big mover in my sleep so felt my first half of the night wasn't such a great sleep because I kept trying to make sure I didn't roll so the mask wouldn't get my pillows.

I don’t typically use face masks but I think I will be using them regularly before events now. I left it on for 3 hours and the following day my skin felt so nice and hydrated. The only downfall of this product was it was slightly hard to apply as the mask is easily torn by fingernails. So as long as you are careful there are no issues.

I suggest minimum 3 hours or until the mask goes from white to transparent! I was suprised by how good it worked. I like that it came in two separate parts so you didn’t have to try place all of the mask on at once and it didn’t get twisted up within itself. I did find it a little hard to place the extra eye and lip pieces as they did slide down a couple times. It’s nice to be able to place it on after my nighttime skincare routine and allow it to sit overnight, getting the most out of it. My face felt very refreshed after I removed the mask and I noticed my skin felt smoother and redness in my cheeks had also come down slightly. Very happy with the results

I enjoyed the quality of the product, it fit my face quite well and stayed put for 4 hours. This is a bead deal as a man, as I have facial hair and it’s often an issues. As for the product itself, it didn’t really go clear after 4 hours (partially, it did. But not much). I do struggle to see how you could possibly keep this on overnights. It didn’t really “stick” to my skin. I would say it’s a good product for those having an at home self care day, it’s definitely a hydrating mask.
