I think my spots are fading slowly, but since my hyperpigmentation has been on my face for long, I will need to keep using this cream. I trust Palmer's a lot and I was so glad to try this cream out. I think another 2-3 months would show me a better result. Lovely texture, melts into the skin quickly & does not feel sticky. I received this product from Palmers to review.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So glad I found this cream This cream was excellent. It was thoroughly nourishing and left my skin plump. I felt a tingle so I knew it was working but it didn't irritate my skin. I noticed fading in my sun spots and generally smoother and healthier looking complexion. When used in tandem with the serum it made for a powerful combination with the cream locking in the serum for maximum effectiveness, particularly overnight, when I worry product rubs off on the pillow.
