General Information

OPTI-FREETM REPLENISHTM Multi-Purpose Disinfecting Solution and Alcon Contact Lens Case (Flat).
OPTI-FREETM REPLENISHTM Solution is a sterile, buered, aqueous solution containing sodium citrate, sodium chloride, sodium borate, propylene
glycol, TearGlydeTM proprietary dual action reconditioning system (TETRONICTM 1304†, nonanoyl ethylenediaminetriacetic acid) with
POLYQUADTM (polyquaternium-1) 0.001% and ALDOXTM (myristamidopropyl dimethylamine) 0.0005% preservatives, and puried water. The
Alcon Contact Lens Case (Flat) is an accessory to OPTI-FREETM REPLENISHTM Solution. The lens case is a at, side-by-side well design and consists
of two closures and a base with two lens well stations. OPTI-FREETM REPLENISHTM Solution and Alcon Contact Lens Case should always be used
together.

Warnings

It is essential that you follow your eye care professional’s directions
and all labelling instructions for proper use and care of your lenses
and lens care products, including the lens case. Do not reuse or “top
o” solution in the lens case since this may reduce eective lens
disinfection. Eye problems, including an infection (serious microbial
infection) or corneal ulcers, can develop rapidly and lead to loss of
vision. If you experience persistent eye discomfort, excessive tearing,
redness of the eye (irritation, allergic response), or vision changes
(decreased vision), IMMEDIATELY remove your lenses and consult your
eye care professional as the problem could become more serious.

Common Uses

Alcon Contact Lens Case (Flat) is an accessory to OPTI-FREETM REPLENISHTM Solution. The lens case is a at, side-by-side well design and consists
of two closures and a base with two lens well stations. OPTI-FREETM REPLENISHTM Solution and Alcon Contact Lens Case should always be used
together.

Ingredients

Sodium citrate, sodium chloride, sodium
borate, propylene glycol, TearGlydeTM proprietary dual
action reconditioning system (TETRONICTM 1304†,
nonanoyl ethylenediaminetriacetic acid), POLYQUADTM
(polyquaternium-1) 0.001% and ALDOXTM
(myristamidopropyl dimethylamine) 0.0005%
preservatives, and puried water.

Directions

Thoroughly wet each side of the lens with OPTI-FREETM
REPLENISHTM Solution.
• Rub each side of the lens for 10 seconds (for a total rubbing time
of 20 seconds).
• Rinse each side of the lens for 10 seconds with a steady stream of
OPTI-FREETM REPLENISHTM Solution (for a total rinsing time of 20
seconds).
• Fill your Alcon Contact Lens Case with fresh OPTI-FREETM
REPLENISHTM Solution. Store lenses in the closed lens case
overnight or at least 6 hours. After soaking, lenses are disinfected
and ready to wear.
• If any debris remains on contact lenses, rinse with OPTI-FREETM
REPLENISHTM Solution prior to lens insertion. You may leave your
lenses in the unopened lens case containing OPTI-FREETM
REPLENISHTM Solution for up to 30 days. After this time, your
lenses must be cleaned and disinfected with fresh OPTI-FREETM
REPLENISHTM Solution prior to wear.
