General Information

Bioglan Platinum PMS & Period Pain Relief has been specially formulated to help regulate hormonal balance to support pre-menstrual comfort. 

This one-a-day formula features a unique blend of Vitex agnus-castus, Lemon Balm*, and Cramp Bark*, which work together to target the key symptoms of PMS, including cramps, period pain, mood swings and irritability. 

*Traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine

Ingredients

Each film coated tablet contains: 
Vitex agnus-castus fruit dry ext. 40 mg, from 360 mg fresh fruit,
Viburnum opulus stem bark dry ext. 300 mg, from 6 g dry stem bark,
Melissa officinalis leaf dry ext. 150 mg, from 1.5 g dry leaf.

Directions

Adults: Take 1 tablet first thing in the morning daily. For best results, continue for at least 3 months.
