Warnings

Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Not suitable for children. Resveratrol may affect the way some medicines work, including Warfarin. Consult your health professional before taking with other medicines. The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men. Contains fish products. Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing. Store below 25°C.

Each film coated tablet contains:
Hydrolysed (Marine) Collagen 300 mg
Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) 1.6 mg
Resveratrol 150 mg
Retinol acetate 229 micrograms 
equiv. to vitamin A 200 micrograms RE
Calcium ascorbate dihydrate 73.04 mg 
equiv. to Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 60 mg
Zinc (as Zinc citrate dihydrate) 10 mg

Directions

WARNING - When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents - Vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant - or considering becoming pregnant - do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. Adults: Take 1 tablet per day.
