The oil provides hydration and beautiful shine without the sticky feeling when applied. My lips felt so hydrated and looked really nice with wear. I actually found I was reaching for this product as my go to when I needed to moisturse my lips. The colour was very subtle which was perfect for everyday wear. I also paired it with my regular lipstick and it made my lips look and feel incredible. I trialled the oil also while I was doing a dance concert and it held up throughout the evening and I only needed to reapply after 2 hours. I will definitely purchase this oil again and it was so easy to use daily and my lips haven't felt this hydrated in a long time

The product comes in thick plastic bottle which was leak proof for the time of my review. The applicator is large and easy to use. The colour inside the jar seems bright however when the Revlon Super Lustrous Glimmer Lip Oil is on your lips, it provides just a hint of colour which I liked. The Revlon Super Lustrous Glimmer Lip Oil is a bit sticker than I was hoping for however less sticky than previous lip oils I have tried. The consistency is similar to a lip gloss. Revlon Super Lustrous Glimmer Lip Oil is long lasting and provides a beautiful shine. I would have been happy to award a 5 star review for the Revlon Super Lustrous Glimmer Lip Oil would if it was less sticky and more hydrating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are so many lip oils out on the market, I wasn’t sure if this was going to be another one that’s exactly the same as everything else on offer. I was pleasantly surprised when I first tried this on and how much thicker it is than I was expecting. Due to the thickness of the product I felt like it lasted a lot longer and had an effect on how my lips felt at the end of the day - soft and luscious, just what I’m looking for in a lip oil! The colour is also not too overpowering and can be paired with any occasion - making it a great, versatile product to pop in your handbag!

I suffer from extremely dry, cracked lips, and usually when I try a new lip product, it works for a few days before my lips turn into a desert, so I was skeptical when it came to the claims of this product. But it absolutely did lock in moisture and nourish my lips, working as a hybrid treatment. I am super impressed. Although tinted, the colour was subtle (I used Gone Rose), and very much a my-lips-but-better shade that was perfect for natural, everyday wear. The large doe-foot applicator also made it easy to apply quickly and reapply on the go with no fuss (and no mirror required). While the formula was thick, it wasn't sticky, and as a life-long hater of glosses, I found it easily tolerable. It did only wear for a few hours, but once gone, I found my lips stayed nourished for ages before reapplying. I would absolutely repurchase, and given the affordable price point, this would make a great, cheap-and-cheerful gift for friends and family members.

I received the shade 02 Miss Coral and I think this shade would suit a wide variety of skin tones. This lip oil has a non-sticky feel and application with the doe foot applicator is a breeze. The formula is great for dry lips and is comfortable to wear all day. While it doesn't have a long staying power, it is as expected for a gloss. Overall it is a great product and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a daily lip product that provides great hydration.

I was a bit concerned, as it looks somewhat orange in the tube, but as there’s just a hint of any colour transferred to lips, I found it OK. It looked more pinky red on my lips. The applicator is great, a nice firm sponge that applies a thick, even layer. The tube seems to be leak-proof as well, which I’m grateful for after having one too many leaky product disasters in my handbag! The product itself is thick, not at all oily as you’d expect from the name. It’s fairly moisturising, with no detectable scent or taste, but doesn’t last terribly long so frequent reapplication is required to keep that shine. And it is VERY shiny! I probably wouldn’t pay full price for it, as there’s other (less expensive) products I prefer but it’s definitely worth picking up a tube to try when it’s on sale.

I cant ever recall using a lip balm before - more used of using paw paw or a nourishing balm for dry lips. It’s super smooth, hydrating, and adds a nice sheer tint that makes lips look naturally plump and healthy. I don't know if I'd use it for every day use but maybe on a night out for a sheer finish to accompany heavier makeup. The one thing I really don't like about it - the scent of the product. It's not great. It’s this odd artificial, plasticky smell that lingers longer than it should. It’s not unbearable, but it’s noticeable, and I wish they had gone with something lighter or just left it unscented. Or even added a fruity element to it. This is one element that would put me off buying it in the future. I can't tell if it just makes your lips look healthier or actually is nourishing my lips over the course of using it. Overall, it’s a good lip oil with a great clear finish, but the scent keeps it from being something I'd buy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Shiny, nourishing goodness! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving this product! I’ve been using the Glimmer Lip Oil in shade 004 – Gone Rose. I’ve not used a lip oil before, other than sampling Dior & Lanolips versions and this is my favourite out of them. I suffer from intermittently dry lips so anything that smells nice or has a gloss to it, I’ve avoided as my lips look nice for awhile, then I suffer until lathering pawpaw for 24 hours! This has no fragrance and a thick consistency, but still easy to apply. It doesn’t soak into the lips so stays put (with the exception of eating/drinking) and my lips feel nourished whilst I’m wearing it and after too. The only thing is that I’ve found there’s no colour to it, which suits me as I can choose to wear alone or over lipstick. This finally gives me the confidence to branch out from paw paw ointment & gives me a little shine too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't wear a lot of lip gloss style products so it's tricky for me to compare this, but overall I thought this was a lovely product. It feels very smooth on the lips and not tacky or sticky, and also has a slight thickness to it. It's not strongly fragranced which I appreciate. It gives a glossy shine but the slight thickness to the product means it doesn't feel like its going to slide away or too runny - overall I good texture. There is a very slight tint to it - mine was coloured Rose. I feel like it did wear reasonably well for something of a gloss texture, there was still remnants left after eating and drinking, which continued the hydrating effect, even if the bulk of the product had been wiped down. It looked nice over lipstick too!

The packaging is nice and simple and the doe foot applicator is a great size that allows for easy application that doesn’t take too long or is too finicky. The shade miss coral appears very vibrant in the tube but wears really nicely, adding subtle colour to the lips. The formula has a very nice feel to it that makes the product easy to wear, and it’s not too sticky which is one of my lip product pet peeves! Given the name “glimmer lip oil” I was expecting a bit of sparkle/glitter almost as that’s what comes to mind when I think of glimmer, but this just had the regular shine of a lip oil. Overall I liked this lip oil and would purchase.

I was sent the coral colour to try- at first I was a bit worried- it’s a firm orangey colour in the tube and I’m definitely a neutral pinky girl on the lips so I wasn’t sure how this would sit… The product is beautiful! It doesn’t actually provide much colour (it’s super subtle which I loved, but I would not recommend if I were after a clearly tinted lip). It makes my lips super moisturised and they feel plump. Lasts about as long as you would expect the product to, I would bring in a bag if i were going out for a couple of hours to reapply. I am super keen to try some of the other colours, maybe the pink next to see if it provides the same subtle sheen… It’s also a generous size, and the applicator is super soft.

It gives my lips a light colour with a bit of shine which I love as it's perfect for every day wear. It makes my lips feel nourished and hydrated. There's no scent/flavour which I like as sometimes that can be unpleasant. It's comfortable to wear and non drying. The only negative is that it isn't long lasting so I tend to reapply more regularly. It's a small compact size so convenient to keep in a clutch bag on a night out.

I like how nourishing and hydrating it feels on the lips, a tad bit thick but it is very comfortable on the lips and not sticky. It seems like a dupe with high end lip oils. I am happy that it doesn't smell and taste bad, so its super easy to apply. You would need to retouch up in between meals or after a while, but this is expected of a lip oil This would be something I would repurchase in the future

This is the first time I've tried something labelled as a lip oil. This product felt like a very thin lip gloss and I'm not sure if this is what lip oils usually feel like. It is not sticky, so that's great. I got this in Gone Rose, but it is such a sheer product that I wouldn't rely on it for any pigment. It provides probably the slightest pinkness, but it would not be normally noticeable. Being a lip oil/gloss like product, it doesn't really have any staying power, so it'll come off generally once you eat or drink. It comes in a tube with a very big doe applicator. A small gripe I do have is that the cap is so smooth, in that if I have any cream or other skincare product on my fingers, I cannot twist it open. I have to use a tissue or something. I would say this is a decent sheer lip gloss like product, but I can't see myself rushing to buy another one.

I have applied the product multiple times and it is very lightweight and actually very non-sticky. I didn't have to go in with another coat as other lip oils which can be tacky or too thick. This one is perfect. The thing that makes me a fan of the product is how hydrating it is my lips tend to easily get dry but the oil keeps them nourished for a long time, even after the glossy layer fades. The sheer tint is perfect for a natural look and the shimmer added gives it slight sparkle.make it perfect for both causal wear and a polished looks. It’s comfortable, nourishing, and perfect for everyday wear. The only downside is that the colour doesn’t last long, but the moisturising effect makes up for it. will be purchasing again!

This lip oil ticks all the good boxes! I have the coral lip oil and it has the perfect amount of color without overpowering and very hydrating. I did not feel the need to constantly apply the lip oil as it kept my lips smooth, glowy and hydrated. the lip oil has a plumping effect and my lips felt fuller, better yet my hair did not stick to the gloss. I would recommend this product as I even want to try the other colors! I have found a new favorite lip oil I will continue to use!

But this was completely different! This product is super light and glided on easily with not much product. I like the subtle hint of colour so its easy for everyday/casual wear. It's a good sized product to keep with you on the go and had a good sized wand for application. The only downside is that it quickly comes off so I found needing to reapply quite often, especially after any drink or food

It has help keep them soft, plump and hydrated. I often have chapped and cracked lips due to anxiety and picking but this product has kept them soft and moisturised to avoid the winter chap. I would I highly recommend this product to anyone and everyone. For the price as well it is a staple in my handbag and is definitely one I reach for multiple times a day! The oil provides a sheer but subtle pop of colour so it is perfect over lip liner or a dried down tint or to refresh your lips throughout the day. It wore relatively well, getting at least 1-2 hour before needing to reapply. The shimmer side to the oil is quite subtle so its perfect if thats what you were after but if you wanted an obvious shimmer this probably isnt for you. I felt that my lips stayed nice and hydrated throughout the day when wearing and it didnt feel thick or uncomfortable when on.

The color is vibrant and gives a beautiful, glossy finish with just the right amount of shimmer. It’s perfect for a night out when you want a pop of color. However, I did find that the formula can be a bit sticky, which can make it less ideal for windy days. Despite that, it feels moisturizing on the lips and lasts a good while. If you're looking for a bold, shiny lip for an evening event, this lip oil is definitely worth trying!

I was excited to trial Revlon’s Super Lustrous Glimmer Lip Oil as it promised nourishment with a hint of shimmer. After testing it out, I found several aspects to love, but also a few areas where it fell short. Right off the bat, I was impressed with the packaging. The tube is compact and travel-friendly, making it easy to toss in a purse or pocket for on-the-go use. The applicator was another highlight for me. It picks up just the right amount of product for an even, mess-free application. Unlike some glosses or lip oils that require multiple dips for full coverage, this one glided on smoothly in one go. One of my favorite aspects of this lip oil was its texture. It struck a nice balance—smooth and moisturising without feeling overly oily or slippery. Some lip oils can be too runny, making them feel like they slide right off, but this one had a slightly sticky consistency that helped it grip to the lips. The hydrating formula left my lips feeling soft and nourished, which was a huge plus. I noticed that even after the product wore off, my lips still felt conditioned rather than dry. Unfortunately, longevity was a downside. I found myself having to reapply every two hours, which is fairly standard for a lip oil but still a bit disappointing. While I didn’t expect all-day wear, I was hoping it would last longer before fading completely. Eating and drinking sped up the fading process, so this definitely isn’t a product that holds up well through meals. One of my biggest letdowns was the lack of actual glimmer. Given its name, I expected a noticeable shimmer or sparkle, but instead, it delivered more of a subtle shine with a hint of colour. What I liked about this product was how glossy and hydrating this felt on my lips. It wasn’t tacky or sticky and didn’t dry out my lips. The glimmer gave an element of dimension and shine that was so nice! If i had the option to change anything about this product, I would have liked to see the shine/hydration last longer without needing a re-application. I also would have preferred the colour to be slightly more subtle but that’s down to personal preference. Overall, a really decent lip oil that gives my lips that healthy glow that i love. Would definitely recommend this product for that effortless glassy lip look!

It is a lightweight formula that isn't oily or sticky on the lips. The packaging is cute and the perfect size to put in the handbag for touch-ups throughout the day/night. The formula is unscented, which is really good for people with sensitive skin. Overall, I quite like this product and find that it leaves a nice shimmer on the lips to make them look fuller and plumper without the price tag. Although the only downfall of this product is that I find it doesn't last a long time on the lips. Otherwise, I rate the Revlon Super Lustrous Glimmer Lip Oil 4/5 stars!

It has a light tint, a nice shine, very hydrating and leaves my lips (after it wears out) to feel soft. Other lip oils and glosses I have purchased in the past dry up my lips and can be very thick. This particular revlon lip oil is more nourishing and hydrating, I think due to its ingredients. It doesn’t have a smell and has a nice smooth texture. Price point in my opinion may be a little too high but other than that I think it’s a great product.

It delivers the perfect balance of hydration, shine, and nourishment without feeling heavy or greasy. I like how conditioning it is. Unlike some products that sit on the surface, the formula penetrates and softens the lips. After just a few uses, I noticed a significant improvement in the texture of my lips—they felt smoother, plumper, and moisturised. Another major plus is its non-sticky formula. I love a glossy finish, but many traditional glosses tend to be tacky and uncomfortable. This lip oil provides a beautiful. It’s the perfect hybrid between a nourishing balm and a glossy lip enhancer.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Glam up your lips with hydration! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never tried lip oil until Revlon lustrous glimmer oil. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to apply. Given its oily texture, a little goes a long way for a shimmering glam effect. I love slightly tiny of this lip oil which is great on days I want a natural make up look. Your lips end up looking lush and juicy with a hint of colour to brighten up your face. The only reason why I didn’t give this product 5 star is because it’s not as long lasting as my normal lip balm but this product differentiates itself with the glam up shimmering look. It’s not sticky like a lip gloss and yet it has the same glam up look. I would highly recommend this for girlies who’s looking for a fresh make up look.

It’s Not too oily or slick on the lips. It’ doesn’t have that sticky feeling on the lips. It has a Very nice texture and Leaves the lips feeling hydrated as well as gives the lips a beautiful shine. The only downsides are I expect a bit more glitter as the product does say super lustrous glimmer. And it’s not long lasting. You do have to keep reapplying throughout the day. Overall highly recommend this product. It’s a good buy for the price it’s being sold.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was worried that the gloss would be too Barbie pink on first glance but was happily surprised to find it was a nice subtle shade - perfectly suiting any lip colour. The gloss feels moisturising and doesn’t leave the lips feeling too sticky compared to other glosses I’ve tried. It looks fab with a little lip liner and then the gloss on top when I need to quickly get ready for an event or even just day to day. Great size so can easily chuck in my purse and use throughout the day. Big fan!! Would love to get it in a peachy colour too.

It's great for those who prefer a soft touch of colour. It looks pretty bold in the bottle, but on the lips, it’s subtle, which I absolutely appreciated. I didn't notice much of a plumping effect, but it definitely delivered on hydration. My lips felt deeply moisturised and comfortable throughout the day. It's not particularly long-lasting though. This would need hourly reapplication. It’s ideal for everyday use, giving just enough shimmer to brighten your look while keeping things low-key. Overall, if you’re looking for a product that subtly enhances while conditioning your lips, this lip oil is a great pick.
