[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i love this lip oil! i have to say i was sceptical as there are so many on the market now and some feel more like a gloss than oil , but this was incredible! the formula is super soft and hydrating to use. The applicator itself is quite unique and helps to apply the oil evenly without clumping. The formula is non sticky and leaves a nice shine on the lips, something that can be use multiple times in a day without it drying your lips. This is definitely one that needs more recognition than others. This lip oil leaves my lips feeling really soft, hydrated and smooth. i cant stop using it every day!

Recently whenever I apply lipstick I hate the way it looks. It would really shine a light on how dry and cracked my lips were. Once I gave this ago I immediately saw a difference. My lips look healthier and smooth without a crack in sight. I love how it gives off a nice gloss with a subtle hint of colour. It wears well by itself for those like me who are looking for a more natural/nude look but also looks great on top of a lipstick for those who aim to be more bold. Cannot recommend this product enough especially heading into the cooler months! Absolutely LOVE!

It was super nourishing on my lips and I personally found the results to be long lasting. The packaging itself was really nice too, sleek, a generous amount of product and the applicator was a lovely chunky doe foot which had the perfect amount of product on it. The lip oil applied beautifully and gave my lips a gorgeous shine, although I didn't personally notice any glimmer or sparkly, apart from what the oil itself would naturally provide. To me it was perfect. There was not a noticeable scent or taste. I truly felt the product kept my lips nourished and hydrated for a really long time. I applied it, had a coffee and ate lunch and it lasted on me. It's a big yes from me!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finally a lip gloss that I actually want to wear [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I like the look of glosses, I usually steer clear of them due to the feeling of heaviness and stickiness. When I first tried this one, I initially thought it was going to be the same as the others, but was pleasantly surprised to find it actually wasn't sticky at all, nor did it feel uncomfortable on. It lasted longer as well, I could go a few hours before needing to reapply, even with eating and drinking. I have very dry lips which is another reason I don't usually wear lipsticks or glosses but this lip oil didn't dry my lips out at all, in fact they felt more nourished afterwards. There was no scent and just a very subtle shade of colour and subtle shimmer, which is perfect when you don't want to go all out, but still have a nice every day look. The applicator was larger than what I have used before but I found that to be perfect, only one swipe on the lips was needed and I was done. Super easy to wipe off, no makeup remover necessary. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a quick and easy look that makes their lips look more dewy and juicy.

The product is glossy but not sticky, and it lasts a long time on my lips. I have applied at the start of the work day and it still remains by lunch, even after morning tea. The colour is subtle and looks really pretty over a pink, red, or pale lip liner to give it a bit more impact. The smell is not strong and is pleasant enough. I would definitely recommend this product to others. I may even buy the other colours myself!

The formula feels exactly like a gloss but is way more hydrating and not sticky at all. It gives your lips a glossy shine with just a hint of colour (I tried the shade 003, glow mama which is pink). My favourite part about the product is the oversized applicator which delivers a generous amount of product and helps with precise application. It's not super long wearing but I wouldn't have necessarily expected this from a lip oil product. Would definitely repurchase and can't wait to try some of the other shades so I can have one in every handbag.

It was long lasting and the colour was just on point and true to the picture. It was also the perfect size for such a reasonable price. The colour was quite subtle and suited so many outfits. Also, I was quite surprised that it lasted hours after I applied the lip gloss. I can't wait to get all the other colours for my collection. It was another amazing addition to the Revlon brand fulfilling its great reputation with amazing beauty products. I will definitely recommend this lip gloss to all my friends and family.

Firstly, I really like the size of the applicator - it's a bigger size making applying the lip oil easy and mess free. The size of the packaging is great too, slim to fit into pockets, or small bags/clutches. The lip oil applies well, is tinted in a lovely shade, scent free and is a non-sticky/tacky formula making it comfortable to wear. I found that I didn't have to reapply the lip oil often, so I know this will last me a while. It left my lips hydrated. I would definitely repurchase and recommend to friends and family.

It’s not sticky at all and feels really nice on the lips. I apply it regularly throughout the day, and it even held up during a full gym session, which never really happens for me. Had a nice pink hue to it and feels very hydrating, the fluffy applicator is also nice, hardly any scent which is also great! The name of the product is glimmer lip oil it definitely doesn’t glimmer so I feel that’s a bit misleading but all round a great lip oil I use Matt lipsticks so my lips are quiet dry in general I have been using the oil for 3 days and already see a difference in my lips. Size of product is great fits in my bag easily

My lips feel so soft and hydrated it’s like a spa day for my lips. The formula is super lightweight and glides on really smoothly, which makes it easy to apply, even on the go. I also appreciate that it’s not sticky at all (I can’t stand sticky lip products!), and the shine is just gorgeous really glossy but not over the top. I’ve noticed my lips look smoother and even a little plumper, which is a nice bonus. The oversized applicator is another thing I love it’s plush and makes it quick to get an even layer on. I have tried a lot and wear lip oils quite often and this one was really nice. Packaging was nice and sleek with an oversized doe foot applicator that made application and coverage even. The colour I had was Miss Coral and it was very orange in the tube but it was very sheer on application and gave a nice subtle colour. The lip oil lasted for a while and I did reapply throughout the day. It was hydrating and didn't make my lips feel dry. The lip oil was a good consistency that it didn't travel out of the lip line. The only thing I didn't like was the smell. It isnt pleasant and has a chemical type of smell but I can look past it because the formula is good. Overall it was really nice affordable product, with a hydrating formula that stayed on the lips.

The lightweight, non-sticky formula glides on smoothly, keeping lips soft and nourished. It doesn't feel sticky/tacky or heavy on lips. Can be worn alone or over lipstick to get natural, healthy-looking glow. Definitely need a touchups in between the meals.But overall its an amazing lip essential for everyday use.

Looks great with a face full of makeup and without. Has a thicker texture making it so nice to put on and it stays put for a good few hours (obviously comes off quickly with eating and drinking). It has no scent which i love making this product extremely easy to wear anytime. I have the coral colour and i think it's very pretty and it shines extra beautiful in the sun. I would happily repurchase this product and encourage others to give it a go if they are looking for a solid lip oil to keep in their bags.

I suffer from extremely dry, cracked lips, and usually when I try a new lip product, it works for a few days before my lips turn into a desert, so I was skeptical when it came to the claims of this product. But it absolutely did lock in moisture and nourish my lips, working as a hybrid treatment. I am super impressed. Although tinted, the colour was subtle (I used Gone Rose), and very much a my-lips-but-better shade that was perfect for natural, everyday wear. The large doe-foot applicator also made it easy to apply quickly and reapply on the go with no fuss (and no mirror required). While the formula was thick, it wasn't sticky, and as a life-long hater of glosses, I found it easily tolerable. It did only wear for a few hours, but once gone, I found my lips stayed nourished for ages before reapplying. I would absolutely repurchase, and given the affordable price point, this would make a great, cheap-and-cheerful gift for friends and family members.

I was a bit concerned, as it looks somewhat orange in the tube, but as there’s just a hint of any colour transferred to lips, I found it OK. It looked more pinky red on my lips. The applicator is great, a nice firm sponge that applies a thick, even layer. The tube seems to be leak-proof as well, which I’m grateful for after having one too many leaky product disasters in my handbag! The product itself is thick, not at all oily as you’d expect from the name. It’s fairly moisturising, with no detectable scent or taste, but doesn’t last terribly long so frequent reapplication is required to keep that shine. And it is VERY shiny! I probably wouldn’t pay full price for it, as there’s other (less expensive) products I prefer but it’s definitely worth picking up a tube to try when it’s on sale.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Revlon Oil - Hit & Miss [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lip oil gives the perfect glossy, shimmery finish without feeling sticky or heavy. I cant ever recall using a lip balm before - more used of using paw paw or a nourishing balm for dry lips. It’s super smooth, hydrating, and adds a nice sheer tint that makes lips look naturally plump and healthy. I don't know if I'd use it for every day use but maybe on a night out for a sheer finish to accompany heavier makeup. The one thing I really don't like about it - the scent of the product. It's not great. It’s this odd artificial, plasticky smell that lingers longer than it should. It’s not unbearable, but it’s noticeable, and I wish they had gone with something lighter or just left it unscented. Or even added a fruity element to it. This is one element that would put me off buying it in the future. I can't tell if it just makes your lips look healthier or actually is nourishing my lips over the course of using it. Overall, it’s a good lip oil with a great clear finish, but the scent keeps it from being something I'd buy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Shiny, nourishing goodness! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving this product! I’ve been using the Glimmer Lip Oil in shade 004 – Gone Rose. I’ve not used a lip oil before, other than sampling Dior & Lanolips versions and this is my favourite out of them. I suffer from intermittently dry lips so anything that smells nice or has a gloss to it, I’ve avoided as my lips look nice for awhile, then I suffer until lathering pawpaw for 24 hours! This has no fragrance and a thick consistency, but still easy to apply. It doesn’t soak into the lips so stays put (with the exception of eating/drinking) and my lips feel nourished whilst I’m wearing it and after too. The only thing is that I’ve found there’s no colour to it, which suits me as I can choose to wear alone or over lipstick. This finally gives me the confidence to branch out from paw paw ointment & gives me a little shine too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't wear a lot of lip gloss style products so it's tricky for me to compare this, but overall I thought this was a lovely product. It feels very smooth on the lips and not tacky or sticky, and also has a slight thickness to it. It's not strongly fragranced which I appreciate. It gives a glossy shine but the slight thickness to the product means it doesn't feel like its going to slide away or too runny - overall I good texture. There is a very slight tint to it - mine was coloured Rose. I feel like it did wear reasonably well for something of a gloss texture, there was still remnants left after eating and drinking, which continued the hydrating effect, even if the bulk of the product had been wiped down. It looked nice over lipstick too!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lovely lip oil [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Revlon Super Lustrous Glimmer Lip Oil in the shade Miss Coral as part of a reviewcrew review. The packaging is nice and simple and the doe foot applicator is a great size that allows for easy application that doesn’t take too long or is too finicky. The shade miss coral appears very vibrant in the tube but wears really nicely, adding subtle colour to the lips. The formula has a very nice feel to it that makes the product easy to wear, and it’s not too sticky which is one of my lip product pet peeves! Given the name “glimmer lip oil” I was expecting a bit of sparkle/glitter almost as that’s what comes to mind when I think of glimmer, but this just had the regular shine of a lip oil. Overall I liked this lip oil and would purchase.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Super subtle but plump lip! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed trying this new lip oil from Revlon. I was sent the coral colour to try- at first I was a bit worried- it’s a firm orangey colour in the tube and I’m definitely a neutral pinky girl on the lips so I wasn’t sure how this would sit… The product is beautiful! It doesn’t actually provide much colour (it’s super subtle which I loved, but I would not recommend if I were after a clearly tinted lip). It makes my lips super moisturised and they feel plump. Lasts about as long as you would expect the product to, I would bring in a bag if i were going out for a couple of hours to reapply. I am super keen to try some of the other colours, maybe the pink next to see if it provides the same subtle sheen… It’s also a generous size, and the applicator is super soft.
