Sperm take up to 3 months to fully mature, so start taking Menevit daily for 3 months prior to trying for a baby until you conceive.

Warnings

Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Contains sulfites and soya beans. Do not use if blister seal is broken.

Directions

Take one capsule daily with food, 3 months prior to trying for a baby and until you conceive or as directed by your healthcare professional.
