Menthol 108.8mg, Eucalyptus Oil 108.8mg. Also Contains: Fir Needle Oil Siberian, Fragrance, Camphor, Lavender Oil, and Light Mineral Oil.  

Directions

Adults and children over 6 years: Inhale deeply through each nostril in turn, while holding other nostril closed. Use any time it is needed.
