Directions for use:
Brush thoroughly at least twice a day or as directed by your dental professional. Do not swallow. Rinse with a small amount of water. Not recommended for children 6 years or less. Colgate recommends specially formulated Colgate children's toothpaste. Up to 12 hours of protection against bacteria with 4-weeks continuous use.

It gives me the feeling of brushing and rinsing with mouthwash all in one. I use it 2x a day when showering and I'm quite surprised at how long it leaves my teeth feeling clean. I have top dentures so this is great. Due to some food that catches above the plate I can often be left with yucky smelling breath. Not with this toothpaste so far. Very pleased and I would definitely buy.

I have always used Colgate products, so was very excited to try this new product. Teeth are left feeling ultra clean and the design of the bottle, means less mess! Will purchase again, once available in stores!

I love the packaging makes it easy to get the toothpaste out easily. I felt my teeth felt cleaner than usual when I woke up after brushing in the evening.
