I was wrong, it's IS different. I have a lot of trouble reaching the inside of my back teeth because I have a narrow jaw. The size and shape of this brush head cleaned them perfectly - from the first use. I'm sold, this will be my go-to toothbrush for myself and my family. Highly recommend
