It is recommended on the packaging to replace your toothbrush head every three months, so for the purpose of this review, I swapped the toothbrush head with one of the refill heads to see ease of use. The instructions were clear and easy to understand how to replace the head. It was done swiftly with no issues. The refill heads are the same as the head on the brush which is great. Could not fault the refill heads and I like that they are like a traditional toothbrush.

It also includes a tongue cleaner and an anti-roll feature for easy use. Plus, it’s compatible with Colgate’s refillable heads. I’ve found it works very well and matches the description as advertised.

I love the fact that it comes with a spare refill to allow myself to just replace the head of the toothbrush when needed. Replacing the head of the toothbrush is also such an easy process, which is amazing.

I like I don't have to download anything for using it and I don't have to charge it!!

The bristles and movements are just the right shape and I haven’t noticed any sensitivity to my teeth or gums like other products. The tongue cleaner is quite unique too and I’ve noticed a difference with that to my overall mouth clean. It’s lighter and smaller than most other bulky electric toothbrushes and I like the replacement batteries as opposed to rechargeable battery meaning I won’t run out of charge and can simply replace them. I’m also a fan over the overall design, the white design goes well with my other products. Overall, would highly recommend

It was comfortable to hold, easy to operate and even has a built in timer so that you know when you've brushed for long enough I will continue to use this over my manual toothbrush from now on. Highly recommend this toothbrush.

This toothbrush may be basic when compared to others, but it is for this reason I am pleased with how well it works for me. The size of the supplied head is great, I prefer the extra coverage compared to other cup head brushes. The tongue and cheek cleaner is effective, yet easy to clean. No charging dock is included, as this uses 2 x AAA batteries. I prefer the ease of swapping my own rechargeable AAA batteries, without the charger cluttering my bathroom. The battery compartment shows the orientation/polarity for batteries but it is a little difficult to see. Overall, I am very happy with this product!

But I did test changing the brush head and it was very easy to remove and replace the head while remaining firmly in place during use so seems it does exactly what it’s supposed to. I also think I read you can use any Colgate brush heads on this brush which is also great!

I also appreciate that these refills are compatible with other Colgate electric toothbrush models, offering flexibility. The bristles are soft and comfortable. There are many small bristles which allow for a better clean. It also has short and long bristles to reach more of the teeth and gums. The tongue cleaner on the back is very comfortable, soft and effective.

Central button that turns on and off. I like that there are two speeds that can be used depending on your preference. It gets my teeth cleaner than my regular toothbrush in less of the time. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Better Than Expected [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first received this product, I was sceptical as I had only used electric toothbrushes with rotating heads as opposed to vibrating heads. I was pleasantly surprised with the results I found in the last week of regular use. My teeth feel drastically cleaner than manual brusher and also appear cleaner. As someone with gum sensitivity, I have also found that the two vibration settings are beneficial to suit the needs of my gums. Finally, the timer is a great feature to ensure that I am brushing for long enough.
