My first impression was positive about the size of the product- value for money. I was keen to see how well it lived up to the statements on the packaging. After a few short days, I noticed that I was waking with less awful breath. Having no alcohol in the ingredient list made me think there was no strong after-taste. The minty flavour us a medium strength for me. I truly believe that the product would be targeting and helping to improve my oral health, due to the Colgate trusted brand.

It doesn't taste minty to me, more like menthol. The first time I tried it I was stunned by its intensity but I did get used to it a bit over time. It tended to leave my tongue with a blueish tinge. The mouthwash is like an arctic blast and left my mouth feeling cool. If you like it strong then this may be the product for you. It definitely leaves your mouth cool and fresh for a long time. I love that it has zero alcohol. Not for me but perfect for those that like it extra strong.

I prefer to lean towards more natural ingredients than chemical based ingredients I cannot pronounce. While this mouthwash did make my breath fresh and clean, my concern is when I spit it out it leaves blue marks in the sink that need to be scrubbed off with a scrubbing brush.
