For best results, use the Optic White 5% Hydrogen Peroxide toothpaste and brush for 2 minutes. Following this, apply 1 pump on a soft bristle toothbrush and gently brush for 2 minutes. Expel excess and rinse mouth after use. Do not swallow.

I used it for two minutes before my regular brushing routine, morning and night, and noticed visible improvements after just two weeks. So much better than sitting with whitening strips or lights on. My teeth weren’t terrible before, but I had noticed more yellowing in photos and some staining - particularly on my canines. Now, they’re looking much brighter and glossier, and the staining has reduced considerably. I’m getting married later this year and had considered professional whitening, but after seeing these results, I’ll be sticking with this in the lead-up instead. One thing to note: the purple serum can temporarily stain your lips, skin, and teeth (which is why I used it before brushing). It’s nothing major, but it can leave a light tinge, so I wouldn’t recommend using it right before heading out or after doing your makeup. I’d definitely recommend giving it a go!

First off, the flavour – it’s got this almost bubble-gum taste that makes whitening feel way more fun (and way less like a chore). It’s super easy to use, too. You just apply it to your teeth and brush – so it’s not a ‘dab and go’ situation, but it slots right into your routine without any hassle. The best part? I noticed visible results in just a few days! My teeth looked brighter and felt cleaner, which gave me a nice confidence boost. If you're after a whitening product that actually works and tastes great while doing it, this one’s definitely worth a go! I’ll be using it again for sure.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, I've seen all these purple toothpastes advertised on socials, and really didn't believe the hype. I've also had my teeth professionally whitened and was happy enough with the result. Certainly not movie star" results and they dull again with time (coffee and red wine!) So I was very excited when my packaged arrived! I went straight off and tried it immediately after I tore open the packaging! I absolutely LOVE the taste of the peppermint and yuzu. Extremely refreshing! But... does it lighten your teeth? Made my lips purple for a bit there, and it does seem to take some of the yellow away or disguise it, who knows! I've been using it before I go out or am online for meetings. It's not going to leave your teeth looking like you have painted them with liquid paper, or blinding to look at (thank goodness!), but it does leave you with a nice natural, slightly brighter smile. And that leaves a nice taste in everyone's mouth!! (Excuse the bad pun!)

The deep purple colour surprised me initially, but I got used to it. The flavour was nice, and the texture was thinner than toothpaste. It provided noticeable but natural results at home. It was very easy to incorporate into my daily routine. I did find that the volume of serum it recommends to use for each brush a little too much for me and the taste was not my go-minty choice. I will definitely keep using the serum though and would recommend for others to give a go if they would like to brighten their smiles!

I liked the packaging, it's sleek and simple. There is however, a LOT of text on the bottle which is a bit much. There was no instructions on how to use on the bottle which would have been handy. The taste was VERY minty. Is there a way to reduce how minty it is? It made my mouth a bit stressed at how burny the mintiness was, kind of like a VERY strong mint. The colour is also CRAZY purple. Which I understand is how you get the whitening effect. It felt fine in the mouth other than the extreme mintiness. I noticed quite a quick result however, it said that it was only a temporary fix for teeth whitening. Obviously it comes out of a pump bottle but it would be nice to have something that promised longer results. Overall it was just fine but I think I like the idea of the whitening strips better.
