For best results, use the Optic White 5% Hydrogen Peroxide toothpaste and brush for 2 minutes. Following this, apply 1 pump on a soft bristle toothbrush and gently brush for 2 minutes. Expel excess and rinse mouth after use. Do not swallow.

The tube was hard to open at first, requiring me to take lid off to get applicator working, resulting in a mess. Can stain white porcelain a little if not washed off immediately.

I do have quite stained teeth due to my 4 cup a day coffee habit and did not really notice any difference in the colour of my teeth after the 14 day trail.

It seems like a bit of a placebo effect, or maybe the colour of the serum gives the illusion that your teeth are whitened just after brushing, by colour correcting. I will continue to use this to see if there is a difference, but not sure that I'd spend money on this one.

Many other whitening products leave your teeth feeling quite sensitive afterwards, but I didn't feel that with this serum. The taste wasn't overpowering either. While I noticed a slight difference after 2 weeks of use, I wouldn't say it was overly noticeable. It's easy to do, however I probably wouldn't purchase again if I was looking for stronger results.

The serum didn’t seem to provide noticeable whitening results for me, unfortunately. It might work better for others, but for me, it didn't live up to expectations. I think it's worth trying if you don’t mind the mess, but if you're looking for fast whitening, this might not be the best option.

I used it daily and brushed for 2 minutes each time and continued my normal oral daily return. It was alittle disappointing to see minimal changes in my teeth coloring. Has a great taste and after taste, feels like a normal toothpaste. Might work for others just didn’t appear to be successful for myself.

Preferrably best to use at night rather than in the morning or before you leave the house. Also made my teeth super sensitive when I don't have sensitive teeth so I could only really test it for a couple of days. It say's not to use in place of your regular tooth paste meaning you would be brushing your teeth twice in a row to get the benefits. I'd proabbly much rather a two in one, whitening toothpaste.
