For best results, use the Optic White 5% Hydrogen Peroxide toothpaste and brush for 2 minutes. Following this, apply 1 pump on a soft bristle toothbrush and gently brush for 2 minutes. Expel excess and rinse mouth after use. Do not swallow.

However, the results are more of an optical illusion rather than a deep whitening treatment. If you’re looking for an instant, subtle boost before an event, this works well, but it doesn’t replace professional whitening or long-term treatments like hydrogen peroxide-based gels.
