If in eyes, hold eyelids apart and flush the eye continously with running water. Continue flushing until advised to stop by a Poisons Information Centre or a doctor or for at least 15 minutes. If skin or hair contact occurs, remove contaminated clothing and flush skin and hair with running water.

It’s so easy to use as I just brush it on before bed. I started noticing a difference within a few days, and after a couple of weeks my teeth looked noticeably whiter. No sensitivity for me, which has been an issue for me occasionally with other whitening products.
