Rated 5 out of 5 by from 9 flights, no problems I traveled overseas when I was 20 weeks pregnant, I also develop pre eclampsia and am medicated for it very early on. One of the symptoms I experience is lower leg swelling, obviously flying and sitting can make that worse. 9 flights from Australia and across Asia and not once did I have swelling. They worked so well, I used them in the final weeks of my pregnancy while working an 8 hour shift, I was able to work up until the day prior to my daughters birth. Only difficult thing can be getting them on, especially when you are very pregnant, but that's something common with all compression socks.
