Statements like “new and improved design” were not seen nor felt and still felt like the same U by Kotex period pads I have used before. Would still recommend use during regular flow. As a small note though, I enjoyed the rainbow packaging!

They absorb well and stay in place because of the wings. However I would not use them for heavy period days. The drawstrings on the package are a nice addition so the pads stay secure in your bag or bathroom. Would recommend to others!

They were the thinnest pads I had ever seen, and at first, I was worried that I would need to change them more frequently because of this. However, I was proven wrong. The pad was comfortable and hardly felt while I was wearing it. The only downside I experienced was that it still wasn't thin enough to be invisible when wearing leggings.

Will definitely buy again. U by Kotex Overnight Ultrathin Pads Long with Wings - good for heavy flow but a bit uncomfortable wearing it. I understand it is meant to be longer for overnight but was not as breathable as the other one and felt like a nappy. The wings also moved after a few hours resulting in leakage on the sides. Front and back are great at absorbing and now leakage in those areas which is good. Unless they can fix the wings, I probably wont repurchase this one.

I way get nervous and tend to check and change them more than needed to ensure they are still in place…..so far with these are definitely ones that stay in place and are most comfortable. It almost felt like the adhesive was more sturdy than other brands I’ve used. I am normally a tampon user but if I need pads I would definitely use these

I find the packaging is very classy, modest and compact which is useful for storing space. The pads themselves are in cute bright coloured packaging to make it easy to find in your handbag. The comfort of these pads is great, they don't feel bulky or too cheap. The absorbtion is good, and helps to feel more dry then wet. I think these pads are a great product for females during their menstruation.

I like the Ultra Thins for they flexibility, comfort and fell when wearing them. The absorption and feel makes it comfortable to wear for a few hours at a time. They hold on to you underwear and don’t leave sticky residue to you underwear on removal. The only thing I personal found I needed to be addressed is the wrapping needs something to help stick it back together when you roll up a soiled pad for disposal. All up I will continue using this product.
