Directions

In a shaker, add one 40g sachet to 200ml of chilled water and shake to dissolve. Drink immediately. Once prepared any unused portions should be discarded, it should not be stored for use at a later time. One serve of the Optislim VLCD shake can be replaced with one serve of any other product in the VLCD range.
To achieve a healthy weight it is important you live a healthy lifestyle. I may have to experiment a little and try blending in stuff to mask/lessen the saltiness. Overall the chocolate flavour is enough to keep cravings at bay, powder mixes well with few lumps, and keeps me full.

It has 10 times the amount of sodium that a normal chocolate milk has at the supermarket, and it has more sugar than a regular chocolate milk. I dont even know how this qualifies as a weight loss shake, except that people probably dont eat ontop of the shakes so end up losing weight. Look at the nutritional properties of it and it is quite poor. I wrote and called for a refund, but was told it was against policy to give refunds, so I have two boxes of optislim that I cannot use.

I found that they were equally terrible, salty and not completely dis-solvable no matter how hard you shake! Wish I could attach the photo here. Won't buy again..

I tried several sachets and they all tasted the same. I had to block my nose to down one serving. Does not taste even remotely good as what other reviews have stated. Was a waste of money.

OMG not even close to Chocolate. Just by smelling it can turn me OFF, lost my appetite straight away. I guess this is part of the formula for you to lose weight.
