I hadn’t really bothered with using a product to protect me, I would just change my underwear, or used a regular pad and moved on. But Poise has changed that! They are super thin and discreet and give me just the right level of protection. They were comfortable, stayed in place and left me feeling fresh and confident.

I still felt that they were big and bulk and it was something that I struggled to get use to. over all the product was good. i would go for the smaller ones as my everyday goto.

Would prefer if the pad itself had wings to secure sides of pad in place and avoid "scrunching". Would also prefer the pad to be slightly longer in length. I like that the backing adhesive cover had arrows pointing to the front of the pad so you know which way to attach it.
