The colour of the product was different to what it was previously, the texture, smell and effectiveness have also changed. It seemed watered down. Why mess with a brilliant product? I will be looking at other products since this is no longer what I'm after.

I bought a tube two weeks ago and found that it was a new "Non sticky" formula. I am very disappointed with the new product. It does not work at all and I won't be buying it again

There is now false advertising on the tube as the product does not give visible results in 1 day, unless you mean visible results of not working???? Just put it back how it was and increase the price if you neec to improve your profits, instead of ruining a good product.

I suspect that there is a change in ingredients and formulation to reduce body as well as a reduced pack size. The product is now watery and as stated ineffective.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Rubbish Used to buy eulactol heel balm religiously but the Gold version is rubbish. I'll bet the bean counters found a way to reduce cost and the marketing team did their bit with the rebranding but your customer base has gone elsewhere!! Will never buy again. Jeff
