General Information

Rose-Hip Vital® with GOPO® is a scientifically and clinically tested plant-based anti-inflammatory and immune system support for joint health and general wellbeing. Directions

5 capsules (2.5 g) twice daily.
Each capsule contains 500mg Rosehip powder.

Initially I was sceptical, but found it decreased the time it took to eliminate pain once I started to move after sitting for a while. Also minimises thumb joint pain. It may not work for everyone, but I have found it to be good for me.

Because I am a sceptic i only took halve of the prescribed quantity. I have to tell you that even with halve the quantity, the pain in my back has decreased a lot when waking up in the morning. I will continue using the product.

I would have prefered to take only one tablet though,as 5 is too much some days, I definitely couldn't do the 5 in the morning and 5 in the evening as stated on the packet. a concentrated form would be great.

Used the recommended dose of 5 capsules twice daily for a week but found it was too much for me, cut it down to 3 capsules twice daily much more manageable.
