Can be hit and miss though but I’d still definitely recommend and my review will explain why that’s the case. Doesn’t make you sleepy but it does relax you and enable you to fall asleep if that makes sense. Some times it does nothing but other times it works super well where not only do I sleep significantly longer than normal but I also feel sleepy a bit when I wake up and I can actually roll over and go back to sleep again. Which normally I can NEVER do that, like ever as not only am I a light sleeper where when I wake up that’s it I’m up like a shot and there’s no going back to sleep but I’m also an extremely short sleeper as well. While not perfect these are EXTREMELY helpful at times. And I think that short of a prescription sleeping tablet this is the best solution out there
