The overnight pads have come in real handy on heavier flow days, I've found them to be quite dependable. The adhesive on these pads sticks well, so you don't have to worry about them shifting or bunching up during the day. They were quite comfortable. I did find that the overnight pads had an extra layer of liner unusual and not so comfortable.

The colours look really great too. The only issue is that they are bit hard to dispose of due to their size. It would be great if the packaging stuck back together to seal an old pad in.

I definitely feel like I have get protection from any leaks. I personally however don’t like the bulky feeling on them. The wings are great for securing them. I also would love to see more environmentally friendly packaging.

The adhesive on the wings would occasionally come loose, but despite this no leakages were experienced. I found the pads to be comfortable even when used for heavy nights. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 10 pack, I would not buy......preferring to have a good supply at home NOT just the amount marketing guru's think is enough to tide me over for the month. They did the job, absorbed what needed to be sucked up, keeping moisture away from my girly bits. Personally 'wings' on pads aren't for me, bad enough to have something down there between your legs, and regardless of how thin or small or convenient the pad companies say their product is, it's still down there, a foreign bulky product that feels horrendous, and for me the wings just worsen the experience of using a pad. My girlfriends and they had no idea what I meant, BUT specific to just Kotex products when I walk I feel the internal content of the pad, the padding/wadding (unsure what the technical term is) rubbing inside itself giving off a squeaking feeling. No other brand does this for me, only Kotex. They're ok, they do what they're meant to, I just prefer tampons during the entire duration of my monthly monster.

The packaging did tend to tear when using and the wings seemed to tear easily when being removed after use. I wouldn't repurchase.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from As a 10+ year customer of these pads So as someone who has been using these pads (Overnight Extra Pads Regular with Wings) for over 10 years, I absolutely loved them and used them all day throughout my entire period as I have quite a heavy flow. Around a month ago I bought a few packs as they were on sale, along with the slightly longer (8 pack) packs as well for extra protection for sleep, as they were all half price at woolworths. I opened it yesterday and was really surprised that the pad looked entirely different than what I've been using for 10+ years. I was aware the packs said that there was new packaging and that the pad cover was also a different design. But i didn't expect the pad to be thinner than it ever used to be?? Not only does the pad not look the same at all, the amazing anti-leak extra middle layer and the large width at the end of the pad that used to be there are now gone. I even opened up the packet with the longer pads of the same overnight name, that's just several cm longer, which I have also used before and thought was great for a long time in bed as that was even more coverage if I accidentally layed on my back, but I didn't use it as much because there were less pads compared to the original regular overnights. Even this wasn't as long or as wide as before and it honestly makes me doubt my own memory because I cannot find anything about your brand changing the pads this much that the quality is basically gone. Its now like I have to keep sizing up??? There is one pack I haven't tried and its relatively new and apparently 'longer and wider' but I'm baffled that I can't wear the pads I've been buying for years. I don't mind small changes but the entire pad is now functionally different and it's not been advertised that we will have to size up, which isn't fair at all. Also the newer larger size of overnights only has 6 pads versus the original having 10? The original was good as it was and was the ONLY pad to give me proper coverage 24/7. Even the images on your website for this product are the old original images of the product, it looks nothing like this new version. Unless these have been packaged with the wrong pads because they're an extreme downgrade for a heavy overnight pad, its not that much thicker than ultrathins at this point. I know its pretty ridiculous of me but I'm actually really upset about this. I'm nearly 27 years old and I've had my period since I was 12. I've hated having a period for so many reasons, and even more now that I've become chronically ill with disability. I thought at least I could rely on these pads and feel safe enough to still do things I need to do with them on but now its all entirely different. I just trusted this brand is all.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible!! I have been using these for over 10 years now and this is always been my go to. Don't be deceived by the new packaging. They have completely changed the pad. I thought I had accidentally picked up the Overnight in Ultrathin range, so I went back to purchase another pack and nope. It's not a mistake. The new pads are now thinner and smaller than they were before. It hold any close to the same amount of absorption compared to the old packaging. I can't believe they changed a perfect pad... I'll have to look into other brands now, especially for the heavy flow nights.

I woke up in the middle of the night with my bed pyjamas underwear alll bloody like a murder scene. Will never use these again and stick to my other brand. Never had such a experience in my life.
