The construction is excellent. Cleaning can be tricky if you misplace the plastic tool included with the replacement heads, which I've done once. The Oral-B CrossAction Power Anti-bacterial toothbrush is an effective and excellent value electric toothbrush.

Most importantly the top brush does not spin - which is the only reason to buy the brush in the first place. A huge fail.
