General Information

CREAM CLEANSER

Our indulgent Cream Cleanser works to remove makeup, oil and dirt build up on the skin. A blend of Rosehip, Avocado, Sesame and Wheat Germ Oils nourish and hydrate, while an infusion of Aloe Vera, Cocoa Butter, Nettle and Horsetail leaves skin feeling soothed, clean and refreshed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Refreshing I have this little gem in my shower to cleanse my face each morning. It smells so fresh and uplifting that it's a nice morning pick me up! I seem to have fairly sensitive and dry skin and this product has not caused any bad reactions and it doesn't break me out either. I didn't give a full 5 stars because it hasn't helped in hydrating my skin but certainly doesn't dry it out anymore than normal. It leaves the face very clean and fresh, ready for the day.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Calm on sensitive skin! I use this cream cleanser in place of a foaming cleaner, mostly because it doesn't irritate my sensitive skin. Using this cleanser twice a day (along with the Sukin moisturizer), my skin is smoother and more hydrated and less irritated. It doesn't casue readness on my cheeks as may other cleanser do, and doesn't make my skin feel tight after cleansing. However, when I have breakouts, I find I need to switch to a stronger cleanser for a week or some to help clear it up faster. Therefore, I find this a good, everyday cleanser for when your skin just needs a simple clean, but I wouldn't recommend for acne prone skin.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice gentle cleanser This was the first Sukin product and probably the first organic product that I bought. I found the cleanser to be very gentle on my combination skin and noticed my skin tone evened out slightly and a nice glow. The only downside I found with this cleanser is that it didn't have enough cleansing power to remove make up so I only used this in the morning when I had no make up on. All-in-all I was very impressed with this product. I found it quite cheap compared to other organic products and now majority of my skin care regime is Sukin products!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Moisturising cleanser I purchased this cleanser on a whim as I had forgotten to bring face wash to a friend's house one weekend. I have oily skin and wanted to try something different from my traditional foam cleansers. When I first used this cleanser, after taking of my makeup with a makeup wipe, I was very impressed, after cleansing my skin with this it felt very soft and hydrated. I then tried this by itself to remove makeup and did not find it to be very effective. I have found that this cleanser is great as a "second cleanser", after the initial oil-based, micellar or makeup wipe cleanse as it leaves your skin feeling soft and clean, unlike other cleansers which can strip your skin. It's also affordable and widely available so I was very pleasantly suprised by this!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cleanses and moisturises in one! I have only recently began to use this cleanser as my usual cleanser is the sukin foaming facial wash. I am quite impressed with this cream cleanser as, even though its very different to the foaming cleanser, it is effective, gentle and hydrating. The smell is quite pleasant and the consistency is similar to the sukin facial moisturiser. It does not lather up when massaged into skin, but still removes oils, dirt and makeup quite well. The instructions say it can be used with a cotton pad, or directly on wet skin in the shower. I tend to go with the shower option and massage it over my face with just my fingertips, but I find this still is effective at cleansing my skin. I must say I did expect the product to lather, but it is not a problem for it not to lather because it still cleans well. However, as my skin tends to get oilier in summer, I prefer the foaming facial wash as I feel that cleans a little better, but I can see myself favouring the cream cleanser in winter when my skin feels drier as the cream cleanser feels quite hydrating.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from One of the best out there! For years I have been trying different cleansers, always looking for one that will leave my skin feeling a million dollars. I found it in the Sukin Cream Cleanser. First of all, it is completely natural and paraben free, so you're putting only the best onto your skin which is just simply amazing. The scent is absolutely incredible, I can never get enough! It doesn't leave the skin feeling dry and rubbery like some foaming cleansers. It is just so soft and I love it! The only thing I would say is that it takes a few pumps of the product and extra rinsing to remove heavy makeup. For this reason I would suggest wiping off make up or using a micellar cleansing liquid before applying the Sukinncleanser for the best effectiveness.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A lovely gentle cleanser This is a lovely cream cleanser. It feels silky soft on the skin. It absorbs dirt and grime and rinses off easily. It leaves skin feeling clean and soft. It has a very gentle and pleasant aroma. It comes in a pump dispenser which makes it really easy to use. The overall packaging is quite pleasing to the eye. Sukin use natural ingredients and are free from nasties. This cleanser contains lots of lovely botanicals and essential oils. It is amazing value for money. And it is NOT tested on animals. It's great.

It's a gentle but thorough cleanser meant "for all skin types" and makes a perfect everyday cleanser - My new favourite! It smells lovely as it contains many essential oils and feels just divine on my skin. It leaves my sensitive skin feeling refreshed and well cleansed but not dry. It comes in an attractive "earthy" looking 125 ml bottle with a pump dispenser making it easy to use. It's also water soluble so you can use it in the shower if you wish. Sukin is organic, contains NO nasties, is Australian and is 100% vegan (cruelty free). What's more is that this Cleanser is affordable, at around only under $10 a bottle, and you can buy it at Chemist Warehouse and Priceline pharmacies.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sukin Cream Cleanser I have used several bottles of this cleanser. I love the smell of this cleanser. It is very gentle and doesn't feel heavy. It lathers nicely on the skin and rinses off well. I have used this product on my face without makeup on and also after a first cleansing after wearing makeup. My husband likes to use it too. I recently spent the night at my daughter's house and she had it in her shower too. Sukin cleanser is very affordable and can also be purchased on sale often. A lot of shops carry this product making it easy to purchase. I would recommend this product, especially for those that prefer natural products.

It is 100% organic and natural compared to drug store and high end cleansers whose ingredients have chemicals I can't even pronounce. I love how soft my face feel and look after each use - brighter, more even skin tone, clean but still moisturized. I don't wear any make up except for my daily moisturizer and my sun screen so one pump is enough for me. Given the ingredients used, price is quite cheap and they also have sales every once in a while.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy and hydrating I've been trying out Sukin products recently and have decided I love all of them. My skincare is all Sukin products including this great cleanser. I had never used a cream cleanser before but understood it wouldn't foam which I needed to get used too. The smell is nice and does remove the light makeup I wear for every day. I use 1 or 2 pumps and rub between my hands with a little water then gently massage onto my face. Then I use two makeup pads (the round cotton pads)to remove however if in the morning I will rinse off with water. It is hydrating especially if you use cotton pads to remove the cleanser and this hasn't caused break outs which I am prone to. I have combination skin so I need to rinse off with water in the morning because it makes me look oiler if I don't. When I do though my skin does not feel or look oily.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from nice but not for oily skin I got this in a priceline sale just to try it out. I thought it would be nice to try out as my skin is changing from oily to combination. This is a great creamy texture and smells nice and clean But it left an oily film over my face which made me break out straight away the next morning. It also didnt really removed my makeup even after a makeup wipe. I also had to use a good 4 pumps to get it to lather on my face. Which i feel isna waste of product considering how expensive it is for a small amount of product Maybe this just isnt for me or my skin type. I guess it would be better if you had normal skin

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Rich Cream Cleanser I liked this cream cleanser. A little goes a long way on this. This had a very nice, fresh scent that was not overpowering or fake. My face felt clean after using this. I was expecting to need time to get used to this, as I have been using a very harsh exfoliating product for years. However, my face loves this and it felt great the first time. Lost a star because I still can't get the pump top up. Boo. I know that's trivial, but it's annoying.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lovely Cream Cleanser Sukin's Cream Cleanser is an inexpensive, gentle and effective cleanser that is natural and organic. It smells incredible, which is not usually something that I particularly need in my beauty products, but this time I'm not complaining! I usually used it in the shower, or immediately afterwards, before washing off with water. It's not particularly heavy-duty and not the best for removing significant amounts of make-up. However, as a simple, natural product to cleanse and brighten your skin, this is a good product! As someone with sensitive skin, I experienced no irritation or breakouts as a result of this product, but instead found it gentle and soothing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Amazing citrus smell! I've been really into natural skincare produt lately. Not only are they goos for you but they also are great for the environment. I love that sukin products don't have any sulphates or parabens. Its ingredients are heavenly - esp rosehip oil. I also love the orangey citrus smell! Only con is citrus oils could irritate very sensitive skin. Also, for a full face of makeup, use a makeup remover before cleansing with this!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Effective but maybe not ideal for sensitive skin The Sukin Cream Cleanser is housed within an amber plastic bottle. It has a pump dispenser which is effective in dispensing the product. The cleanser has a lovely aromatherapy scent, which is the same scent in all Sukin products. The cleanser has a medium consistency. Unlike some heavier cleansers, the Sukin Cream Cleanser doesn't seem to leave a film on my skin. I read so many reviews on creamy cleansers where people say that they don't remove makeup well. I'm guessing that these are people that are used to foaming cleansers that give skin a squeaky clean feeling. Whenever I use a creamy cleanser, I remove it with makeup remover pads. If I use water to rinse the cleanser, I don't find it to be effective. I keep reapplying the cleanser until the pads are clear. I follow up with a natural toner to ensure that I've removed all traces of cleanser, makeup and dirt. My face is not overly sensitive, but sometimes I experience mild sensitivity to some essential oils. When I used the Sukin Cream Cleanser, I felt mild sensitivity for a few seconds. Although I think that this is an effective cleanser, I suspect that the Sukin Sensitive Cleansing Lotion would be more suitable for me.

This cream cleanser is nice an thick and smells lovely...it's gentle on my skin and does a wonderful job at removing all the grime from my face...leaving it clean & fresh. It's a great product that is effective and affordable.

It was very gentle and smelt beautifully from the natural, essential oils added. The ingredients nourished my skin and did not worsen dry patches during the winter months. Overall, a good product, recommended!

When it is less dry or the weather is more humid i find it leaves behind a bit of oily residue. It has a soft vanilla-orange scent and feels nourishing and rich which is presumably from the botanicals in it (avocado, sesame and rosehip oils and shea butter). I like that you can either rinse or tissue it off, so I can use it without water if necessary. I don't find that it removes all my make up so i prefer to use it in the mornings or after removing make up, and I'd really prefer a cleanser that does both .. but since I double cleanse anyway it doesn't make much difference. A good budget cream cleanser.

I started seeing results after a couple of days of using it. I don't really use many skincare products but I definitely recommend using this product.

Nothing worse than getting some cream in your eye and having it sting like there's no tomorrow, you wont have that happen to you with this one :)

It removes make up except for eye make up, it smells nice and full of ingredients that are good for you!<br />However If im using quite alot of make up, or a thick foundation (quite rare for me) it takes a bit more to remove it all. Perfect for my daily make up though!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fav cleanser atm I have really sensitive skin & a couple of months ago I got a really severe allergic reaction to a skincare set which appeared to be too harsh for my skin that results in flaking and rosacea. Needless to said it was a really awful experience and I decided to just stick with Cetaphil forever to be safe However I find Cetaphil is just too gentle to be my cleanser even though I rarely wear makeup. Long story short I did a bit of research and decided to just give Sukin a try. I was really pleased. The cleanser is gentle yet still does it job without giving me a squeaky clean feeling. My face feels soft & it did help a bit with my skin tone. I have hormonal cystic acne so even though I still have breakouts I wouldn't think this cleanser is the main cause The smell kinda reminds me of the luxury Aesop stuff. Get it from Chemist Warehouse for a cheaper price (normal price is around $8 and $6 when on sale). One bottle lasts around a month and a half or maybe more depends on how much you're using. I'm on my second bottle and still love it.

I'm a fan of cream cleanser as it removes all the days grime and leaves your skin feeling hydrated. This is why I bought the Sukin Cleanser. It is natural with n bad ingredients you want to be putting on your skin.<br />The only downside to this is that it doesn't remove ALL of the days makeup. I still leaves a trace. So what I d, is use a wipe first, then the cleanser.
