Rated 5 out of 5 by from Once a day!!! Excellent product. Many calcium tablets you have to take 2 to 3 each day meaning you using up your supplement alot quicker. With once a day at least your not taking heaps of pills.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from For very low Vit D/D3 and/or very low Sun exposure This product is great for anyone *very* low on Vitamin D or D3 and/or have very low sunlight exposure. I didn’t chew these for awhile — about 2-3 weeks— and my blood test results went from healthy levels of vitamin D/D3 to unhealthy levels. Only issue and why I have 4 and not 5 of 5 is due to the taste which, sorry to say, I find rather disgusting though it is vanilla so maybe it’s just me. Thanks for reading and hope this has helped someone.
