We compared the market and studied each ingredient. This is the genre leader. It was easy to maintain a once or twice daily intake as it helps you feel full and not wanting to snack.

I haven't used it consistently enough to see how well it works for weightloss, but I don't particularly recommend this. The flavour is dull, it would be better, but the sugar or sweetener doesn't resolve, but remains at the bottom.

The initial flavour is alright but the aftertaste is something like sour milk, and I don't think it's the fault of the milk I've been using since it's a new carton. I'd give this one a hard pass, the strawberry smoothie one is far nicer.
