However if you use it occasionally it’s a good beginner toner.

It seems to do a good enough job of removing dirt from your skin, but it smells terrible. The smell reminds me of public bathroom hand soap - not nice. There are much better brand’s available that are more effective and don’t smell terrible.

It removes makeup well without being too stripping/harsh on the skin though I would prefer it if it was slightly more moisturizing. At its price point though, really can't complain.

If left with nothing else over the top can dry slightly tacky but a moisturiser over the top locks in the hydration. Only three stars from me because I don’t like the fragrance or texture once dried.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Formula changed I've been using this toner for more than 10 years and they've decided to change the formula. The new formula smells different, not like Nivea anymore - almost unpleasant, it stings - probably a higher alcohol content now, and it's not absorbed by the skin as well either. When you rub it between your hands it goes all soapy. Not happy, definitely won't buy it again.
