Directions for use:

The taste is minty and leaves a great, clean feel to my teeth and gums. The whitening is subtle, only whitening my teeth to a small degree. I do drink black coffee and have 'old' teeth so maybe that's why it didn't whiten as much.

The paste lathers up so a little goes a long way. The packaging is bright making it easy to spot on the shelf. I haven't noticed an improvement in my teeth whiteness despite using twice a day, but I have been drinking a fair bit of coffee so that could be why.

I love the results of the whitening ingredient as I definitely noticed a difference in the first week of use. I found that the best results were used with an electric toothbrush. My partner also advises that it's the only toothpaste that doesn't irritate his acid reflux. A winner all round for us!

I happened upon this product whilst staying at a friend's house who had said how great the product was. One try and my teeth immediately felt cleaner and with a great polished, glossy feeling. When I first bought the product I remember it being more expensive than it now retails for, so it's great that it has come down in price. It does work in terms of slight whitening, but you need to be very patient as the results do take a while. I was more impressed with how clean my teeth felt.

This is a white thick paste that has a slightly grainy texture (no doubt the particles help with the whitening process). It has a nice minty taste that freshens breath well and leaves my mouth feeling clean and my teeth feeling well scrubbed. What I found after a couple of weeks is that my teeth definitely look whiter than before so this is a product that works. I've had problems with gum sensitivity in the past but not so with this product. Overall this is a great toothpaste and one I'll buy in future.

I haven't since bought anymore to try to continue the results but I think I might have too. It had a very strong taste, similar to mouth wash but I liked that as it felt like my teeth were a lot cleaner afterwards. I really liked this toothpaste and would love to try it again.

It comes in the average Colgate toothpaste packaging, just with the top of this one being a bit wider, so product is easy to squeeze out. I definitely notice a difference my teeth! In a matter of three or four days I began to notice my teeth becoming whiter. I drink a lot of tea and so my teeth are-not terribly stained- but are an off-white colour. I will definitely buy this again and highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this whitening tooth paste often over the last year and, always come back to it when my teeth need brightening up. I drink a lot of strong coffee, so every now and again notice that my teeth need some extra help in making them whiter. After using for around 4- 5 days of use, this certainly whitens my teeth. It does have a very strong minty taste, and you do have to rinse very well, but I have never had any problems with it. I often use it in conjunction with my usual toothpaste too, and only use this to actually help with the whitening process.

They either don't work, don't leave my mouth feeling clean, or smell and taste bad. This toothpaste works really well and is still minty without being abrasively so. The only negative I have found is that the skin in my mouth peels throughout the night and has to be rinsed out in the morning. I notice a difference after just under two weeks and have continued use and repurchased since then. By far the best toothpaste with an affordable price tag. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my teeth whitened a few years back and I've been using this as a great way to keep up the whiteness. I love this metallic red packaging with the white lid that flips open and close. Its an easy to squeeze tube that has a white cream like paste with specks on blue in it. I use a pea size with my electric toothbrush and I always feel like its givin my teeth a good clean! There's always a fresh minty aftertaste which is what I need after having food like tuna or salad with onions in them. I stocked up these when I was overseas as it was so much cheaper. Wouldn't purchase these if it was full price as it is quite expensive. I would say that this toothpaste has maintained the whiteness of my teeth. It hasnt gotten whiter but it surely has keep it whiter than if I was to use a non whitening toothpaste.

The tube inside is also in bright red with white writing. It has a white screw-on cap with a flip-top lid. The lid is designed to stand vertically which I find convenient to put on the restroom sink counter as this way it doesn't take up too much counter space. The toothpaste is white in colour and tastes like fresh mint. It's a bit runnier than other toothpaste and has a powdery/grainy feeling. I put a pea sized amount on my toothbrush and brush my teeth. The minty flavour makes my mouth feel cool and fresh. The toothpaste isn't as foamy as other toothpastes which took adjusting to because I'm hard wired to expect foamy toothpaste. After a week of brushing with this toothpaste morning and night I can see a subtle fade so I'm now curious to see the results after 4 weeks of use. If this works I can defnately see myself continue to use this long term.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Colgate Optic White toothpaste has little micro grains in the paste which helps you get a lovely deep clean. The abrasive paste gets in all the little scratches and removes stains. It's a strong minty fresh taste (not to sure if I like the taste, still undecided), the toothpaste is a little bit runny compared to other toothpastes products I've used. Im quite the perfectionist with my teeth and when this product became available in stores after seeing the ad I had to try it. Its a good product, the flip cap is easy to use and squeeze the paste from the up right tube. It's packaging is red that stands out really well. It has brighten my smile and has whiten my teeth a little bit. Hoping for better results with continues usage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product from bh to review and good thing too, as I'ved tried my fair share of at home whitening products and have never found them to deliver. This product on the otherhand does whiten! First up, the packaging is sturdy and easy to use. The tube isnt as hard as other toothpastes tubes. The taste is a subtle minty flavour which really suits me as I find some toothpastes overpowering and stings but this has a fresh flavour without the sting. This toothpaste claims to whiten teeth in 3 days which I was skeptical about and unfortunately it didn't deliver. However, right off the bat I found this to be a great toothpaste and much preferred this over my usual toothpaste. It kept my teeth feeling clean throughout the day which I really liked. I kept using the toothpaste and found that my teeth were noticeably whiter after a week and continues to whiten. Very impressed! Also, I didn't experience any sensitivity as has been the case with at home whitening products I've used in the past. Bonus!

I started using it as soon as I got it in my mail , I was really excited to see nice white teeth in 3 days but I cannt see that difference so I gave my husband to try it and I was amazed to see results I can actually see his teeth whitened in few days so it gets a tick from me for whitening teeth plus I love the feeling it leaves after brushing into my mouth it feels fresh and cool so I must say not just me but my husband really enjoy this trial and brushing teeth every single time with this Colgate optic white toothpaste !! We also do like its click open lid than that twist open lids as its easy to open and close !Thx colgate !!

I am always looking for ways to whiten my teeth without a super expensive trip to the dentist - so this fit the bill. I have noticed a whitening of my teeth over the past 2 weeks. The whitening effect is not drastic, but it is noticeable. It definitely removes light stains and goes on to give an overall brightening effect. Very nice! The consistency seemed similar to my usual toothpaste and it was easy to use. It had an unusual taste but that is to be expected as it has hydrogen peroxide. However, the taste was fine and totally usable. I didn't have any sensitivity to this toothpaste and was able to use it with no adverse effects. This is a good toothpaste to brighten your smile if you are happy with gentle effects. Great value for money- at $7.99 everyone can try it. This will become a staple in many dental regimes. I would purchase again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon testing this product, I was little hesitant that it was some ordinary toothpaste in the market. Once received, it was straight to the bathroom and ready to test this awesome product. My teeth was whiter as ever, a better appearance to what it used to look like before. It also cleans so well, that it felt smooth and shiny the next day... now i'm positive it is the toothpaste taking into effect! I am a big tea and coffee drinker, five days a week. On a weekly basis, my teeth are constantly stained by effects of tea and coffee and this was not a good look for me! I used this product for three days already and I can definitely notice the stains slowly fading...this makes me feel wonderful and with better confidence to smile! It made my teeth feel super clean the next day and I could not resist feeling my clean teeth! Using the product was quite easy and it was you would regularly brush your teeth, just squeeze a fair amount on your toothbrush and brush away, remembering of course not to swallow the product but rinse thoroughly with water. It came in a shiny informative red cardboard box, and for a whitening toothpaste packaging it definitely caught my eye. It would also be easy to find in the supermarket with its cute small packaging. The size itself is smaller than average toothpastes but it's amazing as you can carry this everywhere with you, even in your purse without worrying about how heavy it will be in your purse! Its small and convenient and will not take up much space in your bathroom too, so this product is ideal for those not wanting to use up alot of space with so many products. The flip open and close cap is super convenient as well as it's not messy and it's a simple open and flip to open and close the product. This made to suit those on the go and with ease - makes it much better for us to clean and brush our teeth! There was a strong smell but it was not unbearable. Seeing that it's a whitening toothpaste with many ingredients needed to whiten your teeth, it was okay to use the product on my gums as they were not sensitive anyway. Long term wise within using this toothpaste, I can definitely not worry about paying so much visiting the dentist next time. I can simply use this toothpaste and get results within three days! Overall I'd give this magnificent product a 4/5! They could work on the cardboard box packaging, but that's alright because the product is most important here.

Removes stains ordinary toothpastes don't. Whitens teeth by 3 shades” . Plus, its special enamel safe formula provides all of the benefits of standard fluoride toothpaste for daily use. Immediate thoughts on viewing the product: I really appreciate the bright pop of red with this freshly branded product. Even better, the fact you can stand this tube up on it's own and it doesn't take up a ridiculous amount of counter space. It's a bright, cheerful product visually, the product internally (should technically) has the capacity to work itself down the tube via gravity and if you don't have a bathroom cup holder, you don't need it with this baby. What I found confronting is the price point, however I did want to give this baby a go, particularly as I had tried the pen. My thoughts on application: I really don't think this stuff is like your typical toothpaste. The consistency is thinner. Much thinner. It runs right into the bristles of your brush so be prepared, Girl and Boy Scouts! The other point to be mindful of is it does not foam the way other toothpastes generally do. On that point, I don't mind. This toothpaste has an extremely refreshing mint taste to it, and I really appreciate the texture, where it has a slight grainy feel to it without feeling too abrasive. It is particularly refreshing without leaving a burning feeling in my mouth. As for it's ability to whiten; I am of two minds. I feel this is a good maintenance program product for those who have had their teeth professionally whitened. I did not see any discernible improvement in the overall coloration of my teeth (i.e. it did not lighten by three shades in the month of consistent use and I was watching twice a day, every day for more than four weeks), however I did note a more even consistency in the colour of my teeth. Please note my teeth have been professionally whitened approximately six months ago.

You will not get results as quickly as the whitening gels but if the toothpaste is used as directed they will come close. It's a good paste to maintain your white teeth after professional whitening.

While it is no match for professional whitening, it is a great alternative to save money but still see some results. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Really does whiten your teeth [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this toothpaste for about 3-4 weeks and I can happily say that I have noticed a difference. While I still may not have the whitest teeth ever, there has definitely been an improvement. I am a tea drinker and had noticed recently that my teeth were getting progressively more stained. I am hopeful that with continued use of this product that my teeth will stay much whiter. I don't really mind the flavour of this toothpaste - it's not the best, but I can live with that for whiter teeth. The part that I don't like so much is that after using the toothpaste my mouth doesn't feel that fresh and minty. I make sure I use Listerine or some other mouth wash afterwards so that I feel like I have fresh breath.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Really seems to be working (subtly) [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There were so many good reviews of this product on Beautyheaven that I decided to buy a tube when I saw it on sale at Coles, and I'm very glad I did. I've been using it for 2 weeks now and I have to say that my teeth do look whiter. It's not super dramatic but they do have a brighter, fresher look about them. Considering that I'm just brushing my teeth (something I'd do anyway) and that the cost was only a little more than normal toothpaste, I'm very happy with this product.
