It adhered well to my underwear and initially made me feel quite secure and comfortable. However, despite the original Optimism that I felt to towards using the Pads, they lacked sufficient padding to meet my needs. Frequent changing was required within a very short space of time of changing.. For someone with less intense Needs these would be a really good fit. However for my needs I found them to require a larger and more absorbent pad.. Thank You for the Opportunity to Try these Pads and to provide my Opinion..
