General Information

Elucent Anti Ageing Eye Cream gently smooths fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes.

The key ingredients across the Elucent range, AHAs (Alpha Hydroxy Acids) are exfoliating and moisturising compounds. AHAs remove dry, dead skin through chemical exfoliation, helping to reveal visibly smoother and younger-looking skin. As more dead skin cells are shed, the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles is reduced.

AHAs may make your skin more sensitive to sunlight. Now, more than ever, it is essential to guard your youthful skin. Elucent Anti-Ageing Day Moisturiser contains an SPF 30 broad-spectrum sunscreen to help protect against UVA & UVB radiation while the AHAs continue to work on helping to improve the appearance of the skin. Protect your skin by avoiding prolonged sun exposure. Do not stay too long in the sun, even while using a sunscreen product. To further the reduce risk of sun damage or premature ageing, cover up with clothing, hats & eyewear.

Directions

It is important to begin slowly by introducing the lowest level of AHAs to the skin before moving to the higher levels. Gently pat a thin layer on the area around the eyes. Avoid irritated skin. Mild and temporary tingling may occur.

This has been the only eye cream that effectively lightens my dark circles. It does wonders at reducing fine lines and feels great on the skin. I will always recommend this product. The formula blend which includes AHAs is superior to other mediocre eye creams that claim to have similar results. If you have dark circles or tired eyes give this amazing product a try!

On first observation (without knowing a single thing about this product) the packaging made this eye cream look at bit cheap. Not sure why, the design just isn't eye catching. (Sorry, no pun intended). Although a little runny, this product really works a charm in making any bags (from a lack of sleep and/or stress) under the eyes less obvious to others. This product definitely calms down any obvious lines and wrinkles, even crows feet. I love the fact that this eye cream contains the right type of nutrients to help boost skin elasticity, and be a defence against sagging skin.

This eye cream comes in a squeeze tube with a nozzle dispenser, making it very hygienic. My favourite thing about this eye cream is that it is fragrance free. It is a white cream, which is easy to apply to the under eye area. It is easily absorbed and I have not experienced any tingling or negative effects with daily use. After one week of continuous use, I have seen a slight improvement in some of the fine lines under my eyes and this area seems less dark. Therefore, I have quite high hopes that this will soften some of the bigger creases under my eyes. Overall, I like this eye cream very much and will be repurchasing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smooths and brightens I received this eye cream at the BH Best in Beauty Event. I have used the blue range from Elucent Skincare range quite a while ago and really liked it. So when I found out they had an anti-ageing range I was excited. The Elucent Eye Cream contains so many active ingredients I knew it would help my eye area. Just after one week I found my eye area to be smoother. It did look a little creppy and dry beforehand like it needed an exfoliator. Now its like its fresh and smooth. I am extremely hopeful that it will only get better as I use it if thats the results I got just after one week. This is an eye cream I will definitely be repurchasing

This was after it was recommended by a dermatologist and as it is so much less expensive and with much better results I am delighted with the change! I'd never heard of the brand before, because I generally stick with the products I know and love - but I am so glad that I got the opportunity to try this because it is better than any of the eye creams I have previously raved about The product contains Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs), which help to improve the skins tone, texture, and general appearance. It also contains a blend of vitamins B, C, and E, helping to brighten any under eye circles, smooth away fine lines, and gently hydrate the skin I noticed a difference within a few days of using this product. Although I am young, I have a bad habit of squinting and frowning when I am concentrating on something, which has given me the beginning of crowsfeet near my eyes. Within days of using this product, they creases had begun to disappear and smooth out. I also noticed that I did wonder for my dark under eye circles, and have definitely found that I am using much less makeup under my eyes because of it. The product is a light, but very hydrating, cream formula. It is also fragrance-free which makes it good for sensitive eyes. Some people may find that they get a gentle tingling when applying the product the first few times - I didn't notice this at all, however. All in all, I am in love with this product, and am incredibly grateful that I got the opportunity to try it; because I probably wouldn't have just bought it to try, due to it being a little bit on the expensive side. However, now that I have tried the product, I am more than happy to spend the money on it because I know it definitely works. I can't wait to try the rest of the skincare range!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Non-Scented This is an excellent basic eye cream with active ingredients for some real results but also without the unnecessary additives like perfumes. It has 4% glycolic acid and niacinamide which are renowned for their benefits and I can feel the slight gentle tingly sensation when I apply this letting me know it's working. It keeps the skin feeling nice and moist and I can put it right around my whole eye area including my eyelids. Besides being moisturising I find it to be brightening and also firming on the skin. I like this eye cream - it has noticeable effects. I would purchase this when the tube runs out The packaging is simple and direct. The matte silver twist off lid is very cute and when removed it reveals the nozzle-style applicator on top of the squeeze tube. It's easy to squeeze out exactly how much I want to use.

The Elucent anti ageing eye cream contains 4% AHAs that help exfoliate and smooth the skin while helping with pigmentation. Like most women who have used hormonal products I have pigmentation around the eyes as well as some small scars from childhood, slowly these have faded and look clearer. Don't apply this too close to the eye as it can tingle at first but that is the AHAs exfoliating dead skin cells, only pea sized amount is needed like most eye creams. I use mine at night and in the mornings that I'm not out in the full sun because AHAs can cause some sun sensitivity so always wear a sunscreen. I have a back up already in the cupboard for when I finish this one.

I am pleased that I had been given this opportunity, as I previously had not heard of this brand.<br />I was happy to see that the Elucent range comes under the "umbrella" of well known and trusted Australian company Ego, so immediately I was expecting a lot from this range.<br />Elucent Eye Cream contains potent vitamins B3, C and E, these are known for their anti aging qualities. Also within this eye cream is the active component of AHAs, which have been proven to be effective at chemical exfoliation. As we age our skin is not capable of ridding the amount of dead skin cells as possible when young, thus contributing to wrinkles and uneven skintone. The eye area is too sensitive for manual<br />exfoliators, so having this AHA option is perfect. There is a<br />concentration of 4% AHA, and there maybe some tingling upon application.<br />The eye cream comes in a small 15g tube. The product is dispensed through a small nozzle. This makes it easy to measure the tiny amount that is necessary for the eye area. It is fragrance-free, making it suitable for sensitive eyes. Although, there is a warning of the possibility of tingling, I did not experience this at all.<br />The white coloured eye cream is quite light in consistency. This makes for quick absorption, without any of the product remaining on the surface of the skin.<br />I have only been using the Elucent Eye Cream for 2 weeks, but already the fine lines around my eyes are beginning to soften. My parched eye area is feeling suitably hydrated, soft, yet somehow tighter. My dark circles have remained the same, but I know to expect a longer time of use before seeing results of a hard to combat problem like hideous dark circles.<br />Elucent Eye Cream has a luxe feel and I prefer the idea of applying a natural product to my face. I also am more than happy to support an Australian brand.

I've been using at night time and by morning it is all soaked in and my eyes don't feel funny like some eye creams make my eyes water and react with my contacts. I like the tiny hole in the end that ensures not too much cream comes out at once so its not wasted.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Decent ingredients and fragrance-free This is an eye cream that contains AHA in the form of 4% glycolic acid, niacinamide (Vit B3), Panthenol (Vit B5), Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate (Vit C derivative), Vitamin E as well as soothing oat kernel extract. It comes in a 15ml squeeze tube with a pointed tip. The texture is very light and spreadable and has no fragrance (great for an eye product), and doesn't irritate or sting my eyes at all. Even though glycolic acid it one of the stronger AHAs, I experienced no irritation from it, and it left my skin well-hydrated. Despite the glycolic acid being and exfoliant, I think this product has struck the right balance in that I have zero irritation or peeling, but have felt the increased hydration. It's also great to have all the other vitamins working together to brighten, strengthen, and provide anti-oxidant support. The oat kernel extract will also sooth and strengthen the skin barrier. Whilst I can't see any immediate results in terms of reduction of fine lines after a couple of weeks, I am happy to keep using this to slow down the formation of any new lines from forming.

I would have been unlikely to buy it myself as it is in the luxe price range and also has 4% AHA. As a sensitive skin and eye girl I avoid AHA due to irritation issues in the past. But drum roll please.... I have been converted by this product. The instructions state to start slowly graduating use up to daily. I use this about twice a week under either rosehip, Shea butter or coconut oil to dilute the product a little. With full strength, the cream did cause some irritation around my eyes. But even after limited use I have started to see results in a reduction in fine lines around my eyes, so result! Pros Concentrated active ingredient 4%AHA Only need a tiny amount to target fine lines and crows feet Feel the tingling, it's working A luxe product with scientific backing It's Australian! This eye cream has made a slight difference to the skin under my skin and also on the side. The skin around my eyes feels a lot more smoother. It definitely looks a lot more clearer and fresh everytime I woke up. What I love about this is the that the cream doesn't get wasted quickly. A small amount goes a long way.

The product comes in a 15g white tube with the brand Elucent in a red rectangle on the side of the tube. The same design is on the box. I always like to use an eye cream, as the area around my eyes tends to get very dry, and of course, I want to keep the crows feet and wrinkles from getting any worse if possible. The Elucent anti ageing eye cream has a pointy nozzle. Be careful not to sqeeze too hard as the cream comes out quickly. I sqeeze a small amount onto my finger and dab it around my eyes. My eye area immediately feels hydrated. As the eye cream contains AHAs the directions recommend to begin slowly. So only use a small amount at first to see how your skin reacts. I have sensitive skin and have not experienced any tingling using this product. This product also contains vitamins B3, C &amp; E and is fragrance free. I feel by using this product every day that it is improving my fine lines and wrinkes. The

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Anti Ageing with AHAs I received a tube of Elucent Anti Ageing Eye Cream at the beautyheaven Best in Beauty event, and although I have used many products from the Ego range I had not used an Elucent product before. I have been using eye creams for over 30 years and although the ageing/sun damage around my eyes is quite minimal I still apply eye creams every morning and night to reduce fine lines and wrinkles and to improve the skin texture, firmness and tone. What I particularly like about the Elucent eye cream is the addition of 4% AHAs, plus vitamins B3, C and E which are known for their anti-aging qualities. I can’t remember ever having used an eye cream that contained AHAs so I’m quite excited to have this active ingredient helping the delicate skin around my eyes. The white gel cream is very light in consistency, glides effortlessly over the skin and absorbs very quickly. I haven’t experienced any tingling or irritation while using the cream. The cream is also fragrance free. The cream is packaged in a soft, plastic tube which holds 15g of product. Only a small amount of product is needed so the small nozzle applicator is perfect for dispensing just the right amount of eye cream. I’ve only been using this eye cream each morning for about four weeks (I use a different eye cream at night) so I have a while to go to really test the effectiveness of the product but so far I am enjoying the small improvements I am seeing. I am more than happy to continue using the Elucent Anti Ageing Eye Cream to help reduce fine lines and wrinkles and to improve the texture, firmness and tone of the delicate skin around my eyes.
