I find that a little bit goes a long way as it foams up a lot, and the flavour Gentle Mint is a good description as it's not so minty that it takes your breath away. After brushing, my mouth feels fresh, and my teeth feel properly clean. As far as the whitening and stain removal goes, well I've only been using this for 8 days, so I'm interested to see how it goes with more time. I swear there's been some change, but since my teeth weren't badly stained and a pretty decent colour to start with, I think small changes are harder to see. I drink 2-3 cups of coffee a day, so my goal is to avoid stains. I've used a few different "whitening" type toothpastes so I think my expectations now are for maintaining clean-looking teeth and minimising discolouration. I've never used any that deliver "bright white, Hollywood veneer" like results as I wouldn't expect that from toothpaste alone.

I found it was okay but I do prefer other toothpastes that have a better taste/have whitening capabilities. It does a good job at cleaning your teeth and leaving your breath fresh- if that's all you want than this is perfect!

Nice feel when brushing the teeth. I got a good lather which I like. And it felt like it was cleaning well. Easy on gums also. I didn’t think that my teeth lightened or whitened more over the 7 days. I think that maybe I will see results with further use. It does tingle my teeth like it’s doing something!

The hydrogen peroxide is very effective if you think you might have gum bacteria. When it comes to remove the coffee stain, I was pleasantly surprised how well it works. This toothpaste leaves your teeth feeling really and protected. For the packaging, the red colour on top of the tube is gone within the week.
