So bad that I didn't use and supplement. I was told of Benefiber by a friend and have used it regularly ever since. I am completely happy with it. Is is virtually tasteless, mixes well with other foods, dissolves easily. I always use the 730g Exclusive Size from Chemist Warehouse because it the most economical.
