General Information

An all time favourite at Sukin HQ is our Super Greens Detoxifying Facial Scrub! And not just because it's our scrubiest Facial Scrub, or the amazing sweet fruity scent, but because it leaves the skin so soft and glowy! It blends detoxifying Kale, Spirulina and Parsley with natural Jojoba Beads and Bamboo to polish the skin, leaving it feeling smooth and free of impurities. Added Pineapple and Licorice Root Extracts assists to balance excess oils and tone the appearance of skin! TIP: After exfoliating, lightly pat in the Super Greens Facial Recovery Serum for extra hydration and nutritional goodness!

It felt good on my face and neck with no harshness. I like the packaging, green says it all. My face felt really soft and smooth afterwards. I have only used this twice but will most definitely continue to use it as I really like it.

Pleased to receive this product in a Discovery Bag as I'd been waiting for this new sukin Super Greens range to appear in my local chemist or priceline. Love the green packaging - in keeping with it being 100% carbon neutral and vegan, no animal testing, free of so many nasties as well as being Australian owned and made. Easily dispensed from a flip top cap and ideal for placing in the shower or on the vanity. It's white in colour and has the most delicious (and natural) cranberry scent which is most refreshing. Dampen your face and apply a small amount of scrub to your fingertips, then massage in circular motions on your face and neck, then rinse well with warm water. The combination of micro jojoba beads and finely ground bamboo gives the skin a light polish to gently remove dirt and impurities. My skin feels soft and smooth after using. It's not at all harsh and I've been using it twice daily for 3 days without any sensitivity on my skin or feeling I have overused it. It doesn't say how often to use it, so I would assume it could be used every time you cleanse your face, but I would otherwise only use it once a day in the morning, opting for a cleanser at night. I love all the natural (and edible sounding!) ingredients in this product and it's very reasonable priced and will be readily available from many outlets and I look forward to trying other products from this new Super Greens range.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from APRIL Discovery Bag - Super food smoothie for my skin! There are so many things I love about this creamy scrub, it's both gentle and effective at exfoliating my skin and the natural fragrance is fresh and invigorating. It's a little bit different than most of my other scrubs because this one also detoxes as it exfoliates, removing dirt and impurities from my skin. I only needed a very small amount ( equivalent to size of 5 cent piece) which I massaged in gentle circular motions into my skin. I found the scrub easy to rinse off with water and I liked how clean and smooth my skin felt after using it. I didn't experience any tightness or irritation after using this and I think this scrub would be suitable for most skin types. It's hard to comment on any long term benefits after 3 days use but I am hoping with continual use, to see smoother, brighter and more refined skin texture. The Sukin Supergreens Detoxifying Facial scrub 125g contains ingredients that sounds like it would benefit my skin and it is packaged in a plastic no frills tube with a flip top lid. With the addition of kale, spirulina ,parsley, pineapple. liquorice and cranberry it really does sound like a super foods smoothie for my skin! The scrubbing particles are quite fine and not too abrasive on my skin. It contains jojoba beads and bamboo and I feel good knowing that I am not clogging our water ways with bits of plastic. I noticed the product is 100% carbon neutral, 100% vegan, no sulphates, no artificial colours and its also Australian Made! Thank you Beautyheaven for a providing this for me to trial, it will be a definite repurchase for me, it's so affordable, gentle and effective, cruelty free and kind to the environment, what's not to love!

The good thing about this product is that the beads are micro in size which means that they work around the face very well and do not irritate the skin. Also a soft creamy texture works well. It comes in an easy-to-use tube and the smell of the product is quite pleasant, a little bit fruity which is quite nice. This works well as a gentle physical exfoliant that can be easily integrated into anyone's routine. Skin feels nice and soft and takes products well.

This product shouldn’t be overused as using everyday can be harsh to the skin as it is an exfoliating scrub, however it does keep leave your skin feeling soft and fresh for the week ahead

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Gentle scrub The Sukin Super Green Detoxifying Facial Scrub is One of Favourite physical scrubs I’ve used. it’s very gentle The Bamboo and Jojoba Beads gently exfoliate the doesn’t leave my skin feeling irritated the beads are in i really nice creamy base that doesn’t dry my skin out it has a really nice light fruity sent. My only issue is the the lid doesn’t want to close probably sometimes.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from One of my favourite face scrubs This is one of my most favourite face scrubs. First of all it smells absolutely gorgeous - like gorgeous greens and lollies. It has just the right amount of scrub for me - not too harsh but not too gentle. I have very congested skin on my T-Zone so I need a good scrub for a deep pore clean. But I also have sensitive skin - and this has never ever irritated me. I feel super fresh and clean after using this. I also love that it is a clean product, full of goodness, with no nasties.

I like all the Sukin range, the Super Greens one being my fave! Try it, if you don't like it you only wasted $8, that's basically a coffee these days!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great gentle scrub I picked this up on special from the supermarket and I love it. I use a facial scrub about once a week or maybe twice. This one is lovely. A light, white creamy substance with very fine particles that are very gentle yet at the same time strong enough that I feel as though they are doing their job. I can smell a very, very light fragrance but it's not offputting at all. Two to three times a week of using this in the shower before my usual cleanse and I feel my skin looks more even toned. Good work Sukin!

If you are looking for a deep scrub, this is not the product. If you are looking for a scrub to use often during the week, without damaging your skin, this is the one for you.

Hasn't irritated my sensitive skin. Doesn't cleanse a whole lot but you dont buy a scrub to do the job of a cleanser, but i only need the surface of my skin refreshed and then use a cleanser to get that deep clean

I find that I have loved almost every product I have tried from this brand, and only a couple of times been underwhelmed. This scrub for me was fine but i didn't find it amazing like most of the other reviewers. I found that the creamy texture left my skin feeling kind of 'filmy' and I needed to wash with a cleanser after using it to get rid of the feeling. My skin did feel soft and pretty smooth after doing this but I have other scrubs which I feel do the job better. I do love that it is all natural, including the micro beads so for me this is probably a reason to repurchase over other brands. Overall, it's natural and that's a big plus.

It's not quite my holy grail but it is great, particularly for the price point. The exfoliation is nice and gentle on the skin so it would suit sensitive skin types. Despite being so gentle, it gives the feel of fresh, clean and smooth skin!

The texture of the face scrub is really nice, the beads are really small and fine. The exfoliator comes in a white cream with small beads The smell is pleasant It doesn’t feel rough on my skin The best part is it’s organic! and vegan! It leaves the skin feeling soft and smooth. It doesn't make any mess and I love it.

I love the packaging, flip top lid makes it easy to use in the shower. Subtle scent wasn't overpowering either. Definitely had a fine sand quality to it, so only need to use gently over my face. My combo normal oily skin loved it! My skin felt smooth, soft and not dried out like some other scrubs. Will definitely keep as a staple in my bathroom

Most other scrubs are very exfoliating because they have big exfoliant pieces in them but this scrub has smaller pieces and still manages to smooth my skin and make it look really good. Feels really nice to apply and isn’t as irritating to my skin as other scrubs have been.

Love that it is natural so no SLS of any type. I love that the tiny beads to scrub away dead skin cells are all natural and not harmful to the environment. It doesn't leave your skin dry either, always a plus. The green tube is lovely to me as it is my favorite color. Definitely a keeper!

A blend of kale, spirulina, chlorella and parsley impart detoxifying antioxidants and vitamins on the skin, while pineapple licorice and lime peel promote a clear, radiant complexion. A burst of cranberry provides an invigorating scent to refresh the senses. About the product: The Sukin Supergreens Detoxifying Facial Scrub comes in a 125ml green squeeze tube with a black flip top lid. The scrub is a white colour, quite creamy with a very light, gritty texture from the exfoliating jojoba beads and ground bamboo which are very fine and micro in size. They provide a gentle but thorough exfoliation which doesn't feel rough, harsh, scratchy or abrasive on the skin at all. The scent of the scrub is lovely, there is a slight sweetness to it from the cranberry. It is a light scent which is very pleasant and not at all offensive. My thoughts on the product: This scrub is my favourite product in the supergreens range. The scent of it is just lovely, sweet and invigorating. I found that a little goes a long way; only the size of a 10c coin is needed per application. While the jojoba beads and ground bamboo are micro fine in size they provide a very decent exfoliation, without feeling rough or harsh on the skin. The scrub feels gently stimulating without feeling like you are scouring off your skin. I used it in the shower after cleansing; massaging onto damp skin for a minute or so before rinsing. After removal the skin is left feeling very soft, smooth, stimulated and invigorated. Skin tone looks more even and brighter. Skincare and makeup products used afterwards absorb beautifully. The final verdict: I like how gentle yet effective the scrub is; those who are looking for a gentler yet still very effective option to harsh, abrasive facial scrubs will like this one. I really enjoyed using this facial scrub, definitely my favourite product in the supergreens range. Will definitely purchase again in the future. Rated 4 out of 5 by from A great facial scrub I purchased this facial scrub to use as part of my weekly body scrub routine. The first thing I noticed was the beautiful smell - almost sweet! The formula is white in colour & has the consistency of a cream cleanser. When applied to the face in circular motions I could feel the tiny jojoba beads & bamboo pieces gently exfoliating my skin. After drying my face it felt smooth to the touch without feeling tight & dry. I personally would prefer a slightly rougher exfoliation but overall it works well to remove dead skin & improve the texture of my skin.

I have oily skin so I exfoliate regularly. I switch between this scrub and the Charcoal one, but have to say I prefer the latter. They both work well at keeping skin smooth and clean, while being gentle enough to use every few days.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good ole faithful In this scrub Sukin have produced yet another product that is a staple in my routine - I use it about once a week. It has such a subtle scent that I can't really pick it, even though it does remain on the skin for about half an hour after use. Unlike most scrubs that have a gel base, this one has a cream base but you can still build a good lather. And because the exfoliant particles are so small (jojoba beads and bamboo) it feels a lot gentler than some other scrubs. No surprises here: my skin always feels clean and fresh after using this. It does a good job, is cruelty free, vegan and for the price of Sukin products you really can't go wrong.
