But these are pretty comfortable and doesn't feel like I'm even using one, I've actually forgotten that I was. The absorbency is quite good and the pads REALLY stick to underwear so they don't come off until you want them to. It's nice having that bit less to worry about

But these are comfortable and great for the sport. I've recently started using period underwear which is even more comfortable for playing sport and going on runs in my case.

During a workout, I still felt concious wearing it as I felt wet and was concerned after a vigorous workout that I would leak, sometimes I did. Better for use towards to end of your period. Quality product.

I didn't notice anybother real difference in them but I am not a regular pad user.
